Issue Of SC Certificate :
A Caste Certificate is the proof of one’s belonging to a particular caste, especially in case one belongs to any of the ‘Scheduled Castes’, as specified in the Indian Constitution.

What You Need to Do to Get a SC Caste Certificate?
The application forms are available either online or from the concerned local office in the City/Town/Village, which is usually the office of the e-Disha Centre Tehsil or Sub-Tehsil Level. In case none of your family members have earlier been issued a Caste Certificate, a local enquiry is conducted before issuing the Certificate to you. Proof of residence in your State for a minimum specified period, an affidavit stating that you belong to a Scheduled Caste and the specified court stamp fee are required at the time of application.

Document Required :
For obtaining a Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe certificates, please submit an application in prescribed format attested by the competent authority/officer along with :
** Application Form
** Copy of Ration Card / Copy of Voter Card / Name in the Voter List (one of them)
** Report of regarding caste Patwari / MC / Sarpanch
** In case of Women caste certificate before marriage
** Self-Attested Certificate

Expected Delivery Date :
7 Working Days

Fee Details :
Total Fee = 15 /- Per Certificate

The above fee will be deposited at E-Disha Counter against Cash Reciept

ST Certificate :
A Tapriwasi / Vimukt Jaati Certificate is the proof of one’s belonging to a particular caste, especially in case one belongs to any of the ‘Tapriwasi / Vimukt Jaati Castes’, as specified in the Indian Constitution

To get ‘Tapriwasi / Vimukt Jaati’ Certificate , the Applicant will apply in the prescribed Form in the concerned Tehsil / District Level e- Disha Centre between 9AM to 1PM in any of the working days.

BC/OBC Certificate :
A Backward Classes Certificate is the proof of one’s belonging to a particular caste, especially in case one belongs to any of the ‘ Backward Classes Certificate ‘, as specified in the Indian Constitution.

** Application Form
** Copy of Ration Card / Copy of Voter Card / Name in the Voter List (one of them)
** Report regarding caste Patwari / MC / Sarpanch
** Income report
** No family member is gazetted officer
** Caste / religion report
** In case of Women caste certificate before marriage
** Self-Attested Certificate

Total Fee = 15 /- Per Certificate
