Salient features of our Credit Cards :
** Wide Acceptance at all VISA and Master Card affiliations
** Cards are issued against a minimum Annual Proven Income of Rs 1.80 lacs
** Credit Cards are also issued against lien on Deposits, without Income proof
** Sanctioning of Credit Cards and Card Limit is at the discretion of the Bank
** 2 Add-on cards to Spouse/Parents/Major Children are available
** Cash advance facility at 50% on the Card Limit subject to ATM daily cash withdrawal Limit of maximum Two transactions or Rs 20,000/- per day
** Cash advance charges at 3% of the withdrawn amount. No further interest is chargeable if paid by due date. Failure to pay the dues on due date, regular service charges are applicable.
** Global acceptance for Visa Platinum, Visa Gold, Visa Corporate, Visa Classic and Master Card
** Minimum Payment Due (MPD) is 5% of the bill amount
** No admission fee.
** No Annual subscription in the first year
** No Annual subscription levied in the subsequent years, if a minimum of Rs. 18,000/- is spent by using Visa Classic and Master Cards ; Rs.23,000/- in case of Gold Cards and Rs.30,000/- or 18 transactions in the previous year for VISA Platinum Card

** Group Personal Accident Insurance Coverage at a nominal Premium chargeable to the cardholder with effect from 01.11.2012

Service Charges :
AT 2.50% p.m on the unpaid balance, if Minimum Payment due received by due date
AT 2.95% p.m. in case Minimum payment due is not made by due date.

Reward Points- Earn while spending :
** ONE reward point is allotted on every spent of Rs.100/-
** Conversion price AT Rs.0.30 paisa on every point earned.
** Commencement of Programme : 01 April 2012
** All successful Card swipes at Merchant locations and usage of Internet, IVR and MOTO transactions are eligible for Reward points.
** Platinum, Gold and Classic cards issued under VISA and Master card affiliation andMaster card Electronic cards are eligible for reward points.

Bank shall redeem the Reward points automatically to the cardholder’s account without any request from the cardholder.

  1. I lost my debit card one month back. I called toll free number and blocked card. But till now I didn’t receive my replacement card..
