Download Admit Card for Examination on 02.02.2014, for the post of Election Assistant (Jr. Scale)/Election Assistant pursuant to advertisement notification Nos.01 of 2011, dated 31.01.2011 & 03 of 2012, 28.12.2012 respectively.

In continuation to this office notice issued under endorsement No.SSB/Sel/Secy/2014/239-50 dated 09.01.2014 whereunder date for Written Test was notified as 2nd of February, 2014 (Sunday) from 12.00 Noon to 02.45 P.M. Now, through the medium of this notice, all the candidates who have applied for the said post, shown in Annexure “A” of this notice are hereby informed that they can download their Admit Card w.e.f 25th of January, 2014 onwards (required for appearing in the written test). However, the candidates can also collect their Admit Card during Office hours w.e.f 27th to 30th of January, 2014 (required for appearing in the written test) from the offices shown against their Districts of Domicile:-

INSTRUCTIONS FOR DOWNLOADING ADMIT CARDS :
Visit the official website of the Board, Click on “Download Admit Card for Examination on 02.02.2014.” It may be noted that the candidate has to mention his/her Application number (Barcode Number) mentioned on the OMR application form and date of birth for downloading the Admit Card.

In case the candidate has forgotten his/her application number (Barcode Number) mentioned on the OMR application and wants to access the same, he/she should see the B.code from list shown as Annexure “A” of the notice In case, Admit Card downloaded does not have photograph or signature on it, paste a good quality photograph duly attested by Gazetted Officer as was pasted in OMR sheet and make sure to sign at the space provided for signature.

In case of any discrepancy in the provisional Admit Card, candidate may contact the following:-
Respective District Units of J&K SSB at Employment and Counseling Centres of the concerned district. However, in case of Jammu and Srinagar Districts, candidates can approach the divisional offices of the Board.

Candidates appearing for the test are advised not to waste any time and report to the centre allotted for taking written test before an hour of the commencement of the test and no candidate shall be allowed to take the test after the same has started.

Note:-
1. No TA / DA shall be paid by the Board for appearing in the written test.
2. No candidate will be permitted entry into the Examination Hall without the Admit Card and a Photo Identity Card Please note that apart from Admit Card, you will also be required to produce a photo identity card (Voter identity Card/ Driving License /Passport / Pan Card/ Ration Card/ Student Identity Card / Identity Card Issued by Competent Authority) as proof of your identity at the time of written test.
