Kerala State Electronics Development Corporation Limited (KELTRON), a premier Public Sector Undertaking in State Sector is on the lookout for following experienced professional on regular basis as below:

Designation : Sr.Officer – HR
No. of Vacancies : 1

Grade & Scale of pay : E3, 9900 – 230 – 11050 – 250 – 12550 – 290 -14580 – 330 – 17880
Upper Age limit : 48 yrs

Qualification : MBA (HR)/ MSW (PM/IR)/Two year full time Post Graduate Degree in Personnel Management**

Experience : Post qualification experience, 3 years for MBA (HR) and 7 years for others in Personnel Management, Industrial Relations and Labour Welfare with adequate exposure to strategic HR Management, HRD Systems, Reward Systems, Competency Mapping, Training etc, in a reputed company.

General Conditions:
** The appointment is on regular basis. This notification is for NCA vacancy and candidates from the above specified communities only need apply.
** The positions carry benefits like DA, HRA and other perquisites as applicable for respective category of employees in the Company.
** Only online applications will be accepted.
** Age for the selection will be calculated as on the 1st day of January of the year in which the notification for the selection is published.
** The prescribed qualification should be acquired on or before the last date stipulated for the receipt of the application. Qualifications should be from approved institutions.
** The selection process will be based on academic qualifications and experience and will also include written test , group discussion and/or interview as may be decided depending on the total number of eligible applicants.
** Documents to prove Qualification, Age, Community ,Experience etc. have to be produced as and when called for. OBC candidates have to produce Non-Creamy Layer Certificate at the time of certificate verification.
** No TA/DA will be paid for attending test/interview.
** Selected candidates should be ready to serve anywhere in India.
** Upper age limit is 45 years for Sr.Officer with relaxation of 3 years for OBC candidates.
** In case of false or insufficient information/lack of proof to ascertain the eligibility of the applicant, their candidature will summarily be rejected at any stage of the selection process.
** Candidates from PSU/Government/Quasi Government should produce ‘No Objection Certificate’ at the time of interview.
** Depending upon qualifications, experience and performance in the interview, the selected candidates will be placed suitably in the grade – E3 with pay scale 9900 – 230 – 11050 – 250 – 12550 – 290 -14580 – 330 – 17880.

** Management reserves the right to change the venue of test/interview, to cancel this notification and/or to limit the appointment to certain area.
** The decision of the Managing Director will be final in all matters relating to this recruitment.
