Status of Pre-Matric Scholarship 2013-14 :

Pre-Matric Scholarship for Minorities :
Pre matric scholarship is awarded to students from the minority communities from class I to X.

Guidelines to URDU CRPs : –
Stage 1 : Printing the School wise List of Students whose Bank Details need to be Collected by School HM / Principal
Step 1 : Click on this link – PRE-MATRIC ONLINE SOFTWARE.
Step 2 : Login using the Username & Password given for your Block.
Step 3 : Click on the Tab – Student List without Bank Details.
Step 4 : Select the School Name and Click on the Button Export.
Step 5 : The PDF File of the School List will be downloaded on your computer.
Step 6 : Repeat the Step 4 and Step 5 till all schools in the List are completed and all the PDFs are downloaded.
Step 7 : Take a print of each School List and keep them ready for Stage 2.

Stage 2 : Handing Over the School wise Printed List to respective HM / Principal.
Step 1 : Keep the Printed School wise List of Students ready at the BEO Office.
Step 2 : Contact the School HM / Principal and hand over the respective School List. Please note that the School HM / Principal cannot download and print the list as they donot have the username & Password.
Step 3 : Instruct the School HM / Princpal to fill all the details in clean Handwriting and submit them before the last date to the BEO Office ( Urdu CRP ).
Step 4 : Collect the filled in School wise List from the School HM / Principal and file them in BOX Files. Remember: If you miss a school list, and if the Bank Details of the student are not entered in the software then such students will not receive the scholarship. So please be careful with the Bank Details sheet received from the school.

Stage 3 : Data Entry of Account Nos in the ONLINE Software.
Step 1 : Keep the Filled in School wise List ready and login into the Online Software.
Step 2 : Once you login, click on the Tab – ” Bank Details Update “.
Step 3 : Select ” School wise Search ” Option and Select the School.
Step 4 : You will see the list of students whose Bank Account No. needs to be updated.
Step 5 : Click on the Edit option.
Step 6 : Fill the Bank Account Details of the Student and Click on Save Final.

Note :
Please make sure that you enter the Bank Account No. Correctly in full format ( 10 / 12 / 14 / 16 digit ). If any mistake done here, the Scholarship. Amount will not reach the student.

Pre-Matric Scholarship for Jains :
Pre matric scholarship is awarded to students from the minority communities from class I to X.

Pre-Matric Scholarship 2013-14 (fresh & Renewal) Updating Bank Details Of Students :-
Guidelines to URDU CRPs : –
Stage 1 : Printing the School wise List of Students whose Bank Details need to be Collected by School HM / Principal

Step 2 : Login using the Username & Password given for your Block.

Step 4 : Select the School Name and Click on the Button Export.
