Step 1 : View your energy Bill Online
1. Select Division
2. If the Sub-division list appears, choose Sub-division, otherwise move to step 3.
3. Put the consumer ID or Account Number as mentioned on the bill
4. Click on “View and Pay Your Bill”.

Step Two : Pay your Bill Online
After Clicking on “View and Pay Your Bill”, bill details will be displayed

You can :-
1. Print the displayed bill
a) Click on any of the Print Buttons as shown
2. Pay the displayed bill
a) Click on any of the Pay Buttons as shown
b) On clicking at “Pay Now”, a pop will appear

Please fill in all the fields in this pop-up form and click on “Pay”.

1. Please Select “Debit Card” Radio Button in the pop-up form.
2. Fill in the other fields such as amount, Mobile Number, Email Id in the pop-up form.
3. Click on “Pay”.
4. You will be redirected to Canara Bank Payment Gateway Portal as given in Figure 4.
5. Complete the payment gateway requirements including authentications etc. at the Banks Payment Gateway Portal
6. Upon Successful payment, you will be redirected to the page showing Receipt
7. Receipt Details may be viewed / printed any time upon filling the home page form and then clicking on “Print Your Money Receipt”.

Payment through Net-Banking of different Banks :
1. Please Select “Debit Card” Radio Button in the pop-up form.
2. Fill in the other fields such as amount, Mobile Number, Email Id in the pop-up form.
3. Click on “Pay”.You will be redirected to Canara Bank Payment Gateway(BillDesk) Portal as given
4. Enter Email Id and Select Your Bank from the List. You will be redirected to the concerned Banks Net-Banking portal.
5. Complete the payment gateway requirements including authentications etc. at the Banks Payment Gateway Portal
6. Upon Successful payment, you will be redirected to the page showing Receipt Details, as shown
7. Receipt Details may be viewed / printed any time upon filling the home page form and then clicking on “Print Your Money Receipt”.

As per the terms and conditions laid down by the NBPDCL, every consumer who pays the utility bill online will be provided with a printable Acknowledgment e-Receipt after successful completion of payment.

Privacy Policy :
This policy explains how NBPDCL treats your personal information, and protects your privacy when you use the services.

You agree and understand that you are responsible for maintain the confidentiality of passwords associated with any account you use to access the services.

Security and Virus Protection :
No data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed as totally secure. While we strive to protect such information, we do not warrant and cannot ensure the security of any information which you transmit to us. Accordingly, such transmission is at your own risk. We will not be liable for any damages or loss arising out of or resulting from any unauthorized access to, alternation to or modification of information contained on this website.

Refund Policy :
In the event of refund of the amount to the consumer for any reason, the amount will be refunded to the consumer on the concerned credit/debit card through Internet Payment Gateway process only and no cash refunds will be made.

The transaction processing fee inclusive of service tax for payment Gateway Facility – Credit/Debit Card shall be charged from NBPDCL consumers and will not be refundable. Any claim of interest on refund amount will not be entertained.
