A.SERVICES OFFERED :
All the services given below are fully available for this website.

1. Rail Tour /Holiday Package Voucher – refers to a Railway reservation booked on this website, for the consummation of which the customer prints out a Voucher which, along with the concerned authorized personal identification. It constitutes a receipt for the booking of the Rail Tour Package and not an authority to travel on the Indian Railway Network.
A maximum of 10 berths/seats for direct booking by customer can be booked at a time. In order to book more than eleven berth/ seats second transaction has to be carried on.
No concession on tickets can be booked through Internet.
Cancellation facility of your online voucher is possible only Online; cancellation of online vouchers will not be possible on the counter.

2. Counter Ticket – A ticket booked manually at the authorized offices of IRCTC for which details are given with every package.

3. Cab rental – All rentals are subject to terms and conditions as mentioned in the rental agreement.
Car rental bookings should be made 24 hours prior to travel.
INR rates are applicable to all resident Indians.
In garage to garage, Kilometer and Hour calculation will be made as per the slab given by the service provider.
In point to point , calculation of Kilometers will be charged on the basis of kms used(travelled) as per the given per km rate by the service provider.
A fraction of an hour will be charged as one hour.
A fraction of a kilometer will be charged as one kilometer.
Interstate taxes, permit fees, parking fees, toll taxes, etc. are to be paid by the customer on actual.
Car rental tariffs are subject to change without prior notice.

Cancellation facility of your booked hotel voucher is possible Online only (Only in some special cases/situation, when the cancellation is not possible online, customer can call IRCTC Hotel helpdesk @ 022-61539545 for the help in the cancellation).

TICKET BOOKING
Supply By Us: We agree to provide online ticket booking facilities to registered users who agree to the terms and condition set forth in this document.

Standard of Service: We will supply the service to you with reasonable care and skill.

Service Hours: Booking through Internet is allowed from 5 AM to 11.30 PM.

(Indian Standard Time) on all days including Sundays. Service hours are liable to be changed without prior notice.

Issue of Tickets User Registration: You must be a registered user to use our site to book tickets and for any type of enquiries. No user can register more than once on the site. All payments towards the cost of the tickets issued will be through one of the payment mode provided on the payment page. Our site is VeriSign secured and your credit card details will travel on the Internet in a fully encrypted (128 bit, browser independent encryption) form. To ensure security, your card details are NOT stored in our Website.
Scope of Service: IRCTC makes no guarantee that any service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.Booking through Internet is allowed round the clock.

Rules Governing the Booking of Tickets through Internet: Normal Booking (Other than Tatkal Booking) is allowed for journey by this train from the Delhi Safdarjng railway station (from the train starting station) to any intermediate halting station (with minimum 03 nights stay) or to the destination of the train or from one halting station to another halting station on the train route.

– All rules and regulations applicable for reservation of seats/berths and charging of fare for reservation through internet will be as per rules defined by IRCTC.
– Allotment of coach/berth/seats will be done as per existing allocation logic available in the IRCTC server.
Confirmation of Booking: Your booking and reservation will be confirmed online, after you complete the transaction successfully. Further, the system will issue you a unique Transaction ID for each booking. Payment on your credit card is processed by one Payment Gateways viz ICICI. If the Payment Gateway is not functioning please try the other banks. Booking of tickets is subject to realization of fare and the service charges (including Service Tax) from concerned Bank through the Payment Gateway. You will be responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes and assessments arising out of your use of this Website.

If, for any reason, the reservation does not materialize, the entire amount debited from your card account will be credited back to your card account. If you want to try for the same reservation again, it will be treated as a fresh booking.

Payment Option:
1. Payment by credit cards:
a.Gateway No.1 (Operated by ICICI bank):
Payments through any Master / Visa credit cards issued by any bank(Transaction charges of 1.8% on the total transaction value will be levied by the card-issuing bank.) / HDFC Visa debit cards.
b.Gateway No.2 (Operated by HDFC bank):
Payments through any Master / Visa credit cards issued by any bank(Not International Credit Cadrs)(Transaction charges of 1.8% on the total transaction value will be levied by the card-issuing bank.) / HDFC Visa debit cards.

2. Payment through Direct Debit facility :
a.ICICI Bank Direct Debit:
(Transaction charges of Rs.10/- + service tax as applicable on the total transaction value will be levied by ICICI Bank)
I. This implies that the account holders of ICICI Bank will be taken to ICICI Internet Banking Site, where customers can authorize payments from his / her account to IRCTC and on successful authorization the customer will be returned to IRCTC Site and the Ticket will be booked. In case of failure of booking the amount Debited will be Credited back to the customer’s account.

b.IDBI Bank Direct Debit :
(Transaction charges of Rs.10/- on the total transaction value will be levied by IDBI Bank)
I. This implies that the account holders of IDBI Bank will be taken to IDBI Internet Banking Site, where customers can authorize payments from his / her account to IRCTC and on successful authorization the customer will be returned to IRCTC Site and the Ticket will be booked. In case of failure of booking the amount Debited will be Credited back to the customer’s account.

c.Union Bank Of India Direct Debit:
(Transaction charges of Rs.10/- on the total transaction value will be levied by Union Bank Of India )
I. This implies that the account holders of Union Bank will be taken to Union Bank of India Internet Banking Site, where customers can authorize payments from his / her account to IRCTC and on successful authorization the customer will be returned to IRCTC Site and the Ticket will be booked. In case of failure of booking the amount Debited will be Credited back to the customer’s account.

d.ITZ Cash Card :
(Transaction charges of 1.8%)
This implies that the account holders of Done Cash Card will be taken to ITZ Cash Card Internet Banking Site, where customers can authorize payments from his /her account to IRCTC and on successful authorization the customer will be returned to IRCTC Site and the Ticket will be booked. In case of failure of booking the amount Debited will be credited back to the customer’s account.

After pressing the “Buy” button, if the “Ticket reservation output page” is not displayed on your monitor due to power failure or Internet link failure, please click the”Booked Tickets”menu on the left side of the screen. This page contains all the details of the tickets booked by you. If the reservation desired by you finds a place in the above page, you can note down the transaction id, Tour Confirmation Number and other details. The tickets will be delivered as desired by you. You are also advised to check your e-mail or contact IRCTC, if necessary. In case user fails to check his “booked Tickets”, does a repeated transaction, also fails to cancel the ticket. The user shall have no right to claim the amount. The loss on this account shall not be borne either by IRCTC or by the Banks /Payment Gateways.

USER REGISTRATION:
New user will receive a password and account designation upon completing our registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to
(a) Immediately notify tourticket@irctc.co.in of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and

(b) Ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. IRCTC cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this. There is also an option for already existing users of www.irctc.co.in to update their profile for using tourism services. Once the user also opts for tourism related services, he is registered with www.railtourismindia.com
