JSLPS has been designated by the Government of Jharkhand to implement “Aajeevika” (National Rural Livelihoods Mission), in Jharkhand. JSLPS is the nodal agency for NRLM in the state and is expected to engage full time dedicated team of professionals to implement NRLM at state, district and block levels. The project seeks committed people at State, district & block level to guide and support field teams in achieving project goals.

I Vacancies at State Level:
1. Name of the post : Program Manager-Social Mobilization & Institution Building
No. of post : UR (1 Position)
Eligibility : As part of the State Team, you would be closely working with the concerned SPM to implement CB & IB strategy across the state and support operationalize of the same in the districts. You would also help in development of CB & IB modules, updation of MISand monitor the quality of CB activities across the state. We are looking for a person with a Post Graduate Degree in Management / Social Work/Agriculture and allied /Development studies ORPG Diploma in Rural Development/ Social Work/ Agriculture & Allied/ Development studies from a recognized University/Institute of a minimum duration of 2 years. You should have at least 7 years of relevant post qualification work experience in Government/Development project at least at the district level position.
The gross monthly remuneration : Rs. 50,000- 65,000.

2.Name of the post : Programme Executive – Procurement
No. of post : UR (1 Position)
Eligibility : As part of the State team, you should work closely with SPM Procurement in handling all procurement related issues, including procurement related compliances at district/ block offices, training of staff on procurement related issues. Properly maintaining all the procurement related files/records. Prepare agenda notes/proceedings of different procurement related Committee/meeting. Opening of all the procurement related tenders in time as per the procurement norms. Ensure timely delivery of goods to different district and field units. Process for payment for all procurement related activities in time. Provide necessary support capacity building of community on community procurement processes. You must have Bachelor degree, preferably in Commerce or in Economics with minimum 4years’ post qualification experience in the field of Public Procurement in Government/Development sectors.
The gross monthly remuneration : Rs. 25,000- 30,000

3. Name of the post : Accountant

Eligibility : As part of State team, you would be responsible for the smooth functioning ofall accounting process in State Unit as per due diligence policy of JSLPS. You will also responsible for timely statutory compliances. We are looking for a person with Graduation degree in Commerce with 4 years overall & 2 years relevant post qualification working experience in Accounts&finance with reputed financial firms or non-government organizations
The gross monthly remuneration : Rs. 20,000- 22,500

II. Vacancies at District Level :
1. Name of the post :Program Manager – Skills & Jobs
No. of post :10 nos (UR- 4, BC I-1, BC II-1, SC-1, ST-3)
Eligibility : As part of District Team, You would be responsible for social mobilization of Youths, Updation of youth database & MIS, Conduct Skill preference & gap studies, ensuring supportive supervision of Project implementing Agencies, maintaining linkages with Other Govt. Department/ Institutions, holding job Melas& post placement tracking/ verification of beneficiaries and provide handholding support block team in implementing these aforesaid intervention. You would be responsible for planning all Skills & Jobs activities in the district. The person recruited will be reporting to the District Program Manager for functional reporting or any other delegated authority. We are looking for a person with a Post Graduate Degree in Rural Development/ Rural Management/ Social Work/ Agriculture & Allied/ Development studies or PG Diploma in Rural Development/ Social Work/ Agriculture & Allied/ Development studies from a recognized University/Institute of a minimum duration of 2 years. You should have at least 5 years of relevant post qualification work experience.
The gross monthly remuneration : Rs. 25,000-35,000.

2. Name of the post :Program Manager-Livelihoods
No. of post :(BC I – 1, SC–1, Total -2 Positions)
Eligibility : As part of District Team, You would be responsible for executing as well as managing partnership activities of the project at district level and provide inputs to the block teams for all livelihoods interventions and handhold the block team in implementing these interventions. You will also ensure regular updation of MIS.You would assist the District Team in planning all livelihoods activities in the district. We are looking for a person with a Post Graduate Degree in Rural Development/Management/Business Administration/Social Work/Agriculture& Allied/Development studies or PG Diploma in Rural Development/Management/Business Administration/Social Work/Agriculture & Allied/Development studies from a recognized University/Institute of a minimum duration of 2 years. You should have at least 4 years of relevant post qualification work experience in Government/development project. Candidate having Graduation degree in agriculture/horticulture/forestry/dairy technology/vetnary with 5 years’ work experience can also apply.
The gross monthly remuneration : Rs. 25,000-35,000.

3. Name of the post : Project Manager-CB & HR
No. of post :(ST-1, BC I–1 Total- 2 Positions)
Eligibility : As part of District Team, You would be responsible for executing training/exposure/interactive learning events as per the need of the Project. You would also be responsible for counseling and improving understanding of HRD process among project staff, smoothening grievance Redressal process, implementing Disciplinary Control Policy for the project staff and document as well as disseminate HR learning process within organization.you will be responsible for executing the HR and administrative policies at district/Block level. You will be responsible for managing and executing HR activities, updation of MIS, leave records and manpower reporting. You be responsible for assisting and supporting District Project Manager in assessing the CB needs of Block staff. You will also have to undertake extensive field visit to ensure the quality HR interventions.We are looking for a person with a Post Graduate Degree in Personal Management/ MBA (in HR) or PG Diploma in Personal Managementof a minimum duration of 2 years. You should have least 4 years of postqualification work experience in similar assignment from development Program/reputed Company. Candidates with Post Graduation Degree/Diploma in Rural Development/Rural Management of a minimum duration of 5 years with intensive work experience in managing human resources for the development program can also apply.The female candidate shall be given preference for this position. The gross monthly remuneration is Rs. 25,000 – 35,000 4. MIS Officer(UR – 3, BC I – 1, BC II – 1, ST – 3 Total – 8 positions) :As part of the district team, you would act as the monitoring channel at district level, provide hand holding to block unit for effective utilization of monitoring tools, prepare all monitoring reports, regular updation of MISetc., and documentation of learning and dissemination of feedback at block/ field level. We are looking for a person with a BCA/PGDCA from a recognized University/ institute with least 3 years of relevant post qualification work experience in Government/development project. The candidate having MCA / B.Tech/B.E/M.Sc. (IT) in computer science with least 2 years of relevant post qualification work experience in Government/development project can also apply.

III. Vacancies at Block Level :
1. Name of the post :Block Program Manager
No. of post :(UR-2, BC I–2, BC II–1, ST-6, SC – 2 Total – 13 positions)
Eligibility : Based at the block level, you will lead the Block level team of the Programme, managing almost 25 staff working directly under you. You will plan and execute all project activities at block level. A key role would be to liaise with Govt. line departments, banking institutions, civil society organizations and other external agency for project purposes. You would also nurture block level federations. You would be the overall in-charge of finance and administrative functions of the block unit. You should have managed a SHG promotion/ Livelihoods promotion programme, leading a team of field workers. Experience in SHG Bank linkage and liaison with government officials is essential. You will also ensure regular updation of MIS.We are looking at persons with a PG degree/Diploma in Management/ Social Work/ Rural Development/ Agriculture and allied/ Development of a minimum duration of 2 years. You should have at least 4 years of relevant post qualification work experience on successful leading of large and multidisciplinary team as well as executing livelihoods/ SHGs/ MF programmes in Government /Development project.Candidate having Post Graduation degree in any streamwith 6 years’ post qualification relevant work experience on successful leading of large and multidisciplinary team as well as executing livelihoods/ SHGs/ MF programmes in Government /Development project can also apply.
