Important Instructions for the candidates who have been short listed* for appearing in the further stage of Selection Process for the Post of Clerks in the H.P. State Subordinate Judiciary
1. The next examination of the Selection Process will consist of 20 Marks written test of English and Hindi of approximately 250 words each which shall be printed on the question paper and candidate shall copy it in his/her own handwriting on a separate sheet provided. The total time allowed will be one hour.

2. The written test shall be followed by the typing test with speed of 50 words per minute (w.p.m.) which will be conducted on computers.

3. All the candidates shall bring their original testimonials including certificate in support of their respective category, disability certificate (Ortho Handicapped) and bonafide certificate

4. The test shall be held on two days i.e., 15.03.2014 & 16.03.2014 in the High Court of HP, Shimla. Call letters alongwith further details of test are being dispatched separately to the short-listed candidates. However, the short-listed candidates are advised to frequently visit the High Court Website i.e.hphighcourt.nic.in for further updates.

5. The Roll No. for the aforesaid test will be the same as was in the MCQ Test held on 23.02.2014.

6. The short-listed candidates may contact on 0177-2888325 and 2888456 for any further query or visit High Court of HP, if any of them does not receive call letter in time.

7. The candidates are required to report at venue of their test half an hour before the commencement of the Test.

8. The candidates are also required to bring their own writing materials like clip board, pen etc. Use of cellular phone or any other electronic gadgets, is strictly prohibited during the test.

9. No T.A./D.A. will be admissible for appearing in the written test.
* Five times of the advertised vacancies against each category including all those who secured equal marks as per the last cut-off.
