On-line applications are invited from eligible candidates of minimum 21 Years and below 45 years as on 01.01.2014 for the following positions under Axom Sarba Siksha Abhiyan Mission on contractual basis for a period of 05 years which will be extended depending upon the performance for smooth implementation of programme in the state.

Position : Consultant (CM) [ 1 position at State Mission Office]
Essential Qualification and Experience :
** Post Graduate Degree with at least 50% marks and 5 years of relevant experience at district and state level position in any Govt. Deptt., Society, University, College, Reputed Research Organization in the field of community work in social sector such as education, health, women & child disadvantage groups etc.
** Must be computer literate.
Desirable qualification :
** Master degree in Social Welfare or Community Psychology
** Diploma in Community Mobilization.

Position : State Programmer [ at present 01 position at State Mission Office]
Essential Qualification and Experience :
1st Class BE in Computer Science/Electronics or MCA with three years of experience in database management and in house software development.

Position : Sr. Accounts Officer [ at present 01 position at State Mission Office]
Essential Qualification and Experience :
** Master degree in commerce with minimum 10 years of experience in any Govt. Deptt/ Society/ Pvt. Reputed Companies/ Firm etc.
** Must be experienced in working in Tally Software

Position : State Programme Associate [ at present 01 position at State Mission Office]
Essential Qualification and Experience :
** Masters Degree/MBA/PGDBM from UGC recognized University or AICTE recognized Institute with full proficiency in MS OFFICE.
** Minimum 3 years of working experience in research institutions, organisations viz. Research Institutions recognized by ICSSR like Omeo Kumar Das Institute of Social Change and Development, Tribal Research Institute, Govt. of Assam, Women Studies Centre, Gauhati University, Law Research Institute, Gauhati, Assam Institute of Management, Sishu Sarathi, NIPCCD, NEIBM, DBYSE, Gauhati, Mon Bikash Kendra etc.
** Persons working in the area of research, evaluation, programme implementation and monitoring in Government departments like P&D or in education planning and management will also be considered for engagement as Programme Associate.

Position : Receptionist [ at present 01 position at State Mission Office]
Essential Qualification and Experience :
** Minimum Graduate. Fluency in English, Assamese and Hindi and any other major languages of Assam.
** Expert knowledge of handling EPBAX, FAX and Computer typing.

Position : District Programme Officer, Teachers Training & Pedagogy [ at present 04 positions]
Essential Qualification and Experience :
** Post Graduate in Arts or Science with at least 50% marks having B.Ed. and minimum 5 years of experience as Teacher/Teacher Educator/Educational Administrator.
** Must be computer literate.

Position : District Programme Officer, Integrated Education for Disabled & Early Child Education. [ at present 02 positions]
Essential Qualification and Experience :
** Post graduate in any discipline with atleast 50% marks and with minimum one year experience of working with an organization dealing with education of children with disabilities.
** Degree/Diploma in Special Education
** Must be computer literate.
Desirable Qualification & Experiences :
** Registered Member of Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI)
** Masters in Psychology or Master in Social Work

Position : Finance & Accounts Officer [ at present 01 position]
Essential Qualification and Experience :
** B.Com with minimum 05 years of working experience in accounts related works of Govt. Deptt./Undertaking/ Public Sector Organization/Reputed Private Organization.
** Must be literate in MS Office and Tally- 9 Software.

Position : District Project Engineer [ at present 03 position]
Essential Qualification and Experience :
** BE in Civil Engineering from recognized Engineering Colleges / Institutions recognized by AICTE with minimum 03 years experience in Govt. Department / Undertaking or Private Engineering Firms.
** Working knowledge of Computer is necessary.

Position : District Programmer (MIS) [ at present 02 position]
Essential Qualification and Experience :
1st class BE in computer Science/Electronics or MCA with minimum one year of experience in database management and in house software development.

Position : Junior Accounts Officer [ at present 01 position]
Essential Qualification and Experience :
** B.Com with minimum 03 years of working experience in accounts related works of Govt. Deptt./Undertaking/ Public Sector Organization/Reputed Private Organization.
** Must be literate in MS Office.

Position : Programme Associate (District Level) [02 positions at present]
Essential Qualification and Experience :
Graduate with minimum one year Diploma in Computer Application/DTP from reputed institutions or Diploma in Computer Application from ITI or three years Diploma from Polytechnic and one year experience.

Position : Block MIS Coordinator [ 06 positions at present]
Essential Qualification and Experience : Passed with minimum 2nd Class BE/MCA in computer science or electronics & telecommunications engineering at least 6 months work experience in database management.

Position : Block EDP [ 15 positions at present]
Essential Qualification and Experience : Graduate with minimum one year Diploma in Computer Application/DTP from reputed institutions or Diploma in Computer Application from ITI or three years Diploma from Polytechnic with one year experience

Position : Block Accountant [ 49 positions at present]
Essential Qualification and Experience : B. Com with minimum 01 year of working experience in accounts related works of Govt. Deptt/Undertaking/Public Sector Organization/Reputed Private Organization. All applicants should have working knowledge of computer preferably.
