Applications are invited from eligible candidates in the prescribed format given below for selection to fill up the following posts under RNTCP, Nabarangpur.

1 Name of the post : Senior DOTS plus & TB-HIV Supervisor

Essential Qualification:
1.Graduate.
2. Certificate course in computer operation (minimum two months)
3. Permanent two wheeler driving license & should be able to drive two wheeler.
Preferential Qualification :
(i) At least 2 (two) years of work experience under RNTCP or 5 (five) years experience in any public health programme in a supervisory capacity.
(ii) Good communication skills in local language & willing to travel in the area of work
Remuneration : Rs.15000/- per month

2 Name of the post : Senior Treatment Supervisor (STS)

Essential Qualification:
(1) Bachelor’s Degree OR Recognized Sanitary Inspector’s Course
(2) Certificate course in computer operation (minimum 2 months)
(3) Permanent two wheeler driving license & should be able to drive two wheeler
Preferential Qualification :
(1) Tuberculosis Health Visitor’s recognized course
(2) Govt. recognized degree/diploma in Social Work or Medical social work.
(3) Successful completion of basic training course (Govt. recognized) for Multi-purpose health workers.
Remuneration : Rs.12000/- per month

3 Name of the post : Senior Tuberculosis Laboratory Supervisor (STLS)

Essential Qualification:
1.Graduate
2.Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent from a government recognized institution
3. Permanent two wheeler driving license & should be able to drive two wheeler.
4. Certificate course in computer operations (minimum two months)
Preferential Qualification : Minimum one year experience in RNTCP
Remuneration : Rs.12000/- per month

Age limit : Maximum 65(Sixty five) years for retired Government servants. For others as per State Govt. rules.

iii) The Candidate should apply to

on or before 18.03.2014 by 5 P.M. through Registered Post/ Speed Post only.

iv) Selection of the candidate will be made on the basis of merit and interview.

v) After the Initial screening of the applications, the eligible candidates will be called for Interview.

vi) Preference will be given to residents of Nabarangpur district.

vii) Initial appointment of the said post will be either on contractual basis for a maximum period of one year at a time and renewable for one year subject to very good performance.
