Few Definitions :
Show : One Show Is Any Function Or Event During A Period Of 4 Hours Or Part Thereof.
Beyond Midnight : Beyond 12 O’clock In The Midnight (maximum Upto 6 O’clock In The Next Morning).
Late Night : Any Time Duration Between 12 O’clock In The Midnight And 6 O’clock In The Next Morning.

Method Of Computing Number Of Seats Of Any Place With No Fixed Seating Arrangements :
No. Of Seats = Total Area Of The Place (in Sq.ft.) / 4 Sq. Ft.
