USIDCL is an undertaking of Government of Uttarakhand with a mandate for infrastructure development viz. construction of roads, bridges, buildings, and other infrastructure projects within and outside the State. USIDCL seeks to induct professionals for following posts on Contract/Deputation

1. Name of the post : Chief General Manager (Planning and Monitoring)
No. of post : 1
Qualification and Experience :
i) Graduate in Civil Engineering.
ii) Appropriate post qualification experience (minimum 18 years) in field working, quality control, monitoring, supervision etc. in relevant field in Govt./Semi Govt./Public Sector/reputed Ltd. Company.
iii) Has served at least 3 years in a relevant post and grade, immediately one level below the post applied for.
OR
Has served at least 6 years in a relevant post and grade, immediately two levels below the post applied for.

2. Name of the post : General Manager (Civil)
No. of post : 1
Qualification and Experience :
i) Graduate in Civil Engineering.
ii) Appropriate post qualification experience (minimum 15 years) in relevant field in Govt./Semi Govt./Public Sector/reputed Ltd. Company.
iii) Has served at least 3 years in a relevant post and grade, immediately one level below the post applied for.
OR
Has served at least 6 years in a relevant post and grade, immediately two levels below the post applied for.

3. Name of the post : General Manager (HR)
No. of post : 1
Qualification and Experience :
i) MBA or PGDBA with HR.
ii) Appropriate post qualification experience (minimum 15 years) in General Administration and Office Procedure in relevant field in Govt./Semi Govt./Public Sector/reputed Ltd. Company.
iii) Has served at least 3 years in a relevant post and grade, immediately one level below the post applied for.
OR
Has served at least 6 years in a relevant post and grade, immediately two levels below the post applied for.

4. Name of the post : General Manager (PPP)
No. of post : 1
Qualification and Experience :
i) Graduate in Civil Engineering.
ii) Appropriate post qualification experience (minimum 15 years) including minimum 3 years experience on PPP Projects in relevant field in Govt./Semi Govt./Public Sector/reputed Ltd. Company.
iii) Has served at least 3 years in a relevant post and grade, immediately one level below the post applied for.
OR
Has served at least 6 years in a relevant post and grade, immediately two levels below the post applied for.

5. Name of the post : Project Manager

Qualification and Experience :
i) Graduate in Civil Engineering.
ii) Appropriate post qualification experience (minimum 10 years) in relevant field in Govt./Semi Govt./Public Sector/reputed Ltd. Company.
iii) Has served at least 3 years in a relevant post and grade, immediately one level below the post applied for.
OR
Has served at least 6 years in a relevant post and grade, immediately two levels below the post applied for.

6. Name of the post : Senior Resident Engineer

Qualification and Experience :
i) Graduate in Civil Engineering.
ii) Appropriate post qualification experience (minimum 7 years) in relevant field in Govt./Semi Govt./Public Sector/reputed Ltd. Company.
iii) Has served at least 3 years in a relevant post and grade, immediately one level below the post applied for.
OR
Has served at least 6 years in a relevant post and grade, immediately two levels below the post applied for, but not below the level of Additional Assistant Engineer.

7. Name of the post : Resident Engineer
No. of post : 8
Qualification and Experience :
i) Graduate in Civil Engineering.
ii) Appropriate post qualification field experience (minimum 2 years) in relevant field in Govt./Semi Govt./Public Sector/reputed Ltd. Company.
OR
i) Diploma in Civil Engineering.
ii) Appropriate post qualification field experience (minimum 5 years) in relevant field as an Additional

8. Name of the post : Assistant Engineer (civil)/Junior Engineer (Civil) in his/her parent department (on deputation only). Accounts Officeri)

Qualification and Experience :
i) B.com with MBA (Finance) or B.com with PGDBA (Finance) Or M.com
ii) Appropriate post qualification experience (minimum 7 years) in relevant field in Govt./Semi Govt./Public Sector/reputed Ltd. Company.
iii) Has served at least 3 years in a relevant post and grade, immediately one level below the post applied for.
OR
Has served at least 6 years in a relevant post and grade, immediately two levels below the post applied for

Maximum age :
(i) On deputation:- Must have minimum 3 years residual service on the date for receiving application i.e. 30.04.2014.
(ii) On Contract:- Maximum age limit as on 01.01.2014 for the post at Sl No. 1 will be 57 years, for post at Sl No. 2 ,3 and 4 will be 50 years, for post at Sl No. 5,6,7 and 8 will be 40 years.

Fee: The application should be accompanied with a Bank Draft of Rs 400/- for General/OBC candidates and Rs 200/- for SC/ST candidates drawn in favour of MD, USIDCL, payable at Dehradun.
