Kerala Water Authority e-Payment Service :
Steps for payment of water charge through online payment :
Step 1 :
Click the link “Create new account” for registering.

Step 2 :
Give the details and security keyword as directed and click the button “Create Account”. The registration details can be got from the bill as shown in the next page. “Consumer ID” “Consumer Number”

Step 3 :
After successful submission, following message will be displayed. To login, click on the link given below

Login Here : http://epay.kwa.kerala.gov.in/

Step 4 :
Enter the Consumer ID and the password to log in.

Step 5 :
Name, Address, Bill No, bill date, bill amount will be displayed and then click the “Proceed” button.

Step 6 :
After clicking “Proceed”, the page will be forwarded to the BillDesk site where the consumer has to opt the payment option and furnish the details as required to make the payment.

Step 7 :
An output containing the Name, Address and payment details will be generated. This output can be printed out or saved for future references.

Step 8 :
After successfully completing the payment, the consumer can go back to the home page using the “Back to home page” link or log out using the “Log Out” link.

Note :
An additional charge of Rs. 10/- per transaction for net banking will be charged.
2% of the transaction value for credit cards.
For failed transaction the debited amount will be reversed back to your account within the time limit of the designated bank.

  5. on verifying kws bill on line, on 9.8.20 I cleared by dues Rs.944 by transfering funds on line. To my surprise I got bill from the line man
    who visited for meter reading for Rs.1040 comprising of Rs.688 as arrears,
    fine Rs.5 and inspectioncharge Rs.4 along with current bill for Rs.343.
    On verifying ur site”view bills” I could see a Bill adding another Rs.10
    making my total dues Rs.1050
    I regret for having attempted to avail THE ONLINE SERVICE OF KWA!
    Shame on ur part KWA. You may procure a better software and engage competant personnel to handle it or else the poor customers will be in
    hotwaters.

    On 9.8.20 an amount ofRs.944 transferred to u on line in full settlement of
    my dues as appeared in your site “view bills”
    To my surprise I got a bill on 19.8.20 for Rs.1040 from the line man. This includes Rs.688 as arrears and fine thereon. How can this happen?
    On visiting your VIEW BILLS SITE I can see a bill for me for Rs.1050.
    To get a clarification for this I tried all the tel numbers available on site, but nobody lifts/the phone not active.
    Can I get a clarification please.

    ON 9.8.20 I have remitted Rs.944 to KWA thro online payment. This is the
    dues from me as shown in your site. Pl confirm that this has been received
    and accounted.
    To my surprise I recd bill no.64742760 dt 19.8.20 through kwa lineman. In
    this there is a demand of Rs.1040(Rs.343 current water charges and Rs.the rest as arrears) How can this happen?

  32. How to get details of old bills from site? The KWA is charging absurd amounts in their bills to which they are not even giving proper explanation. I had received arrears of almost 300Rs for which I have not got any details till date. And none at the local centre knows anything.

  49. I have to say that your service is not helpful. There should be an option for quick payment just as in the KSEB. It is a pity that you are creating problems instead of simplifying the procedure.

    1. After you login with your consumer id and password check if you can manually collect duplicate bill online.

    1. This is a e-Payment Service for Kerala Water Authority. To pay the water bill online, you have to sign in using Consumer ID and Password.

    3. You can pay the bill by using the internet banking facility. LOG ON to KWA by entering your consumer ID/consumer no,create a pass word. Then pay the bill using the internet banking.
