GIIS Global Citizen Scholarship 2014 :
Eligibility Criteria :
GIIS Global Citizen Scholarship 2014 will be awarded to students attending senior secondary level (Classes 11 and 12) for either CBSE or IB Diploma programme for the academic session 2014 – 2016. The scholarship worth S$90,000* for each student will be sponsored by the Global Schools Foundation. This will include tuition fees and boarding expenses, one-time return airfare from India to Singapore. Subsidised medical benefits will also be provided. No bond is attached to GIIS Global Citizen Scholarship.
CBSE – 9th Final and 10th Pre Board – A1 Grades in all subjects
ICSE – 9th Final– 90% and 10th Pre Board – 85% in Aggregate
IGCSE –9th Final and Pre Board 10th – A Grades and above in all subjects with extended curriculum
State Board – 9th Final – 90% and 10th Pre Board – 85% in Aggregate
Scholarship Application :

English should be the medium of instruction
Written test will include General ability, Logical Reasoning, Mathematics and English
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a written test in end March 2014. Candidates, who successfully clear the written test, would be called for interviews in end May/early June 2014
Board exam mark sheets should be provided on declaration of results
Selected students would be expected to leave for Singapore by end June 2014
Test Centres :
Written tests will be held in Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Indore, Surat, Ahmedabad, Pune and Noida
