Qualification and experience required : Graduate with minimum two years of health experience OR Health Supervisor/ICDS Supervisor with 5 years of supervisory experience

Total Emoluments :Rs 18000pm with travel allowance of Rs 100/day for travel days
Qualification and experience required : Matriculate with atleast 2 years of health survey experience OR ANM/MPW(M)/AWW with matriculate qualification and minimum 5 years of experience
