Old Adangal Certificate or Pahani Request :
Old Adangal Certificate request is applied by the citizen through the Meeseva centers. This request can be accessed by the Tahasildhar and processed. The processing steps are provided below.

SLA : 7 working days

Procedure for Processing the Request :
1 : Select “Adangal” from Application Processing. Note :Tahasildhar can also process through the Dashboard in the Tahasildhar Login.
2 : After selection of “Old Adangal” link, Tahasildhar Processing window will be displayed.
3 : Select from date & to date by using calendar controlsNote :Here, to date must be prior to Current date.
4 : Select “Request Status (either All/Not Viewed/Open etc…)” from request status drop down list and Clicking on Get Details buttonNote :Here, At First the Request is in “Not Viewed” Status. Here I am selecting “Not viewed” request.
5 : All “Not Viewed” Requests are displayed
6 : Select the Request which has to be processed
7 : After selection of the request, request details page will be displayed
8 : Here Edit Options are given some fields of Applicant details, Informant Details and House boundaries in Tahasildhar LoginNote :Now Tahasildhar conducting Field level enquiry with his/her Mandal Officials.
9 : Now, Tahasildhar connecting to the web land Server for verifying these details based on enquiry ReportNote :Tahasildhar was connecting to the Web land server for signing the request.
10 : Tahasildhar can take action (either Accept/Reject: based on report as depicted in figureNote :Based on Tahasildhar action (either Accept/Reject), status (either Approved/Rejected) is generated.
11 : If Tahasildhar/RDO wants to accept the request by clicking on the “Accept” Radio button
12 : Enter “Remarks” and click on “Sign” button
13 : After clicking on “Sign” button, it will display Certificate window
14 : Click “OK” button on Certificate
15 : After clicking on “OK” button, private exchange key popup will generated
16 : Now clicking on “OK” button
17 : After clicking on “OK” button “Updated Successfully” message is generatedNote :Now the Request is in Approved status.After Tahasildhar Approved/Rejected, Customer Received Message. Like your Request is Approved/ Rejected.
18 : Once the request is approved by Tahasildhar then, Old Adangal certificate will be dispatched through courier from Dept to the citizen’s address if Delivery Type is Speed Post Local/Non Local.
19 : If Delivery Type Is Manual, then citizen collect the Old Adangal Certificate from franchisee where he/she applied for the Certificate
