15th IACDE & IES National PG Convention :
It gives us immense pleasure in inviting each one of you to the 15th IACDE & IES PG CONVENTION to be held in Chennai. The organizing committee is taking all its efforts to make this convention a memorable one. The programs are crafted in special way that nobody will want to miss it.
Scientific activities are given prime importance and the very fact that we have excluded Sunday would convey this message. The theme of our convention is “Blending Art and Science Naturally”, we expect all of you to get inspired, educated and finally practice what is learnt.
The convention would bring together National and International renowned speakers to discuss the latest developments and trends in our field giving lot of importance to clinical dentistry. The scientific activity for students has been planned in such a way to bring the best out of young talented minds. A lot of programs are in store for the students to exhibit their skills.
“All work and no play makes Tom a dull head”, Yes we have also taken care of the social evening, a scintillating experience for all. A pleasant evening at calm beach side and delicious south Indian cuisine are awaiting you. Your presence is the only thing we are eagerly waiting for, to give life for the conference proceedings. Registration Procedure :
Online Registration is the only mode of registration for all members/Non-members or Accompanying Person. Kindly note that payment for preconference courses and accommodation should be made separately and should not be clubbed with registration amount. The Preconference courses and accommodation payment gateway can be accessed only after login in to your registration page.
Payment Procedure :
Payment for all the Registration for both members and non-members can only be done by NEFT transfer or online transaction with Credit/Debit/ATM Card only.
If you are planning to do the payment by NEFT, kindly complete your transaction and have your transaction ID handy before you start filling the online registration form.
Kindly note that Cheques and Demand Drafts are NOT accepted for registration payment.
To start with the registration procedure, you need to create User id and password along with valid email id. You will receive an auto confirmation e-mail within 24 hours from the registration desk along with LINK to login in to your registration page.
Now using the user id and password you have created, you can login to the registration site and start with your registration procedure.
Registration confirmation and receipt will be printable only after completing the registration procedure.
You will be able to apply for scientific presentation and accommodation only by login in your registration page.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation must be made by informing Registration Desk in writing either by letter, fax or e-mail. The amount of cancellation fee will depend on the date of cancellation as follows.
Transfer charges for cancellation refunds must be covered by participants.
All subject matters are under the jurisdiction of Chennai High Court.

Debate Competition :
One candidate from each college can participate.
Participant should submit a short Essay on or before 15th May 2014.
Participants should strictly adhere to the Essay Topic and the instructions for submitting the Essay.
Participants will be grouped into two teams of 3 members each, which will be selected by the Student Competition Committee.
Five minutes will be given for each participant to express their views regarding the topic.
A conclusive summary of their team’s views should be given by the respective team head at the end of both the teams’ arguments.
Prizes will be given for the Best Team and the Best Speaker.
All the participants will receive a participation certificate.
By 1st of June 2014 the participants list, Team list and the Topic will be announced.
The debate is scheduled on 5th of June 2014 at 5pm.
Essay Topic:
Rural dentistry – need of the hour.
Details of Essay:
1. Essay should be crisp to convey the message in 500 words

Quiz Competition :
Three candidates from each college can participate.
Participants name list and college details has to be to be mailed to us, info@ipc15.com on or before 25th May 2014.
A preliminary round of MCQ will be conducted to shortlist the Teams, details of which will be communicated.
One candidate from each team will be taking this preliminary round.
6 Teams will be selected for the main programme.
Two Prizes to be won
A 90 min Quiz program containing audio – visual , academic and little non academic to make it entertaining.
The main Quiz is scheduled on 6th of June 2014 at 5pm
