The Global Education & Leadership Foundation (tGELF) is a program initiative of The Nand & Jeet Khemka Foundation whose vision is to nurture young ethical leaders that will be future agents of change. tGELF has a unique value based curriculum, state-of-the-art training and world class assessments which it implements across 75 schools pan India, 500,000 students and now in 6 countries. We identify future leaders and nurture them on their journey towards success.

Scholarships :
In recognition of the students’ participation in the Life Skills & Leadership Program, select students with immense leadership potential are identified through a rigorous selection procedure and awarded scholarships and financial grants to pursue higher studies. The nominated students can be invited to become a part of the Leaders’ Forum – an exclusive group of exceptionally bright young students being mentored to become the change makers of tomorrow. Members of tGELF’s Leaders’ Forum are currently studying in leading International and Domestic Universities. The Scholarship includes:
Financial Assistance (Partial/Full Scholarships, Grants)
Assistance with summer internships
Mentoring & Nurturing
Opportunities to represent tGELF at International & Domestic Leadership &Entrepreneurial Conferences
Opportunities to lead Social Initiatives from the front

Mentoring :
It is tGELF’s endeavor to prepare its students for the world tomorrow. Through several initiatives, the Foundation helps develop the right skills and knowledge that they will need to take on the global challenges. The Mentorship Program is designed for the 60 and growing high achieving students of the member schools as well as the Leaders Forum who are currently pursuing their higher studies in Ivy League Universities in the USA as well as premier institutions in India and the UK.

LIFE :
tGELF organizes an annual event,LIFE, for the members of the Leaders’ Forum wherein a panel of luminaries guides and mentors the students in an endeavor to nurture and develop them as global ambassadors, responsible citizens and future leaders in an international community. A series of conferences, symposiums, dialogues and seminars are designed to develop student leadership skills, positive attitude, spiritual mindset, spirit of contribution, courage to face challenges and explore solutions for social action through design and implementation of action plans.

Harmony :
Harmony is organized every year to bring together middle and high school students in a series of competitions and workshops. The objective is to give the students a platform to showcase their own talent and at the same time learn from each other.

Global Young Achievers Program :
Through the Global Young Achievers Program, tGELF creates a platform to involve students in dialogue and discussion forums on global issues in an interactive ‘salon’ style. The series of interactive lectures held in various chapters of tGELF across the globe are designed to educate, inspire and motivate young adults by giving them the opportunity to explore cultural differences, absorb diplomatic skills, build confidence and enhance decision-making skills.
