Online Submission of Admission Form for GPTU/GPT/GPTR 2014-15

Instructions :
** Log-on to GBU website ( gbu.ac.in).
** Click on to New Registration & Candidate Login link.
** GPTU-2014: For undergraduates candidates, GPT-2014: Graduates/Postgraduates Candidates & GPTR-2014 : For Ph.D. Programme.
** Before you proceed to register your candidature for admission in Gautam Buddha University you must ensure that you have read the brochure about the eligibility criteria for each programme for undergraduates candidates (GPTU-2014), for graduates/postgraduates candidates (GPT-2014) & for Ph.D. Programme (GPTR-2014) for which you intend to take the admission in university.
** You should fill your correct basic and academic details like Name, DOB, Address, Moblie No., test centres and programme code (each programme has a separate code) subsequently under circumstances.
** For Programme code please refer to Section 4.1 & 4.2 on page no (13-15) in brochure. You are advised to be extremely careful to fill the programme code otherwise this may lead to rejection of application form.
** Choose your password between 6-10 characters. Please remember your password and don’t share with others.
** Before final submission of online Application form, read the declaration carefully and give your consent on it. You are required to upload a recently taken scanned photograph and signature in JPG format. Photograph preferably taken on or after 1-Jan-2014 only have to be uploaded (preferable width 350px and height 400px) and size less than 300 KB. Signature size should be less than 300 KB(preferable width 400px and height 100px). The maximum file size for Photo and Signature is 300 KB, failing which you will not be able to complete your application. So you must check your information details carefully final submission of your application form.
** No written acknowledgement will be issued for the receipt of the application. However, the candidate can verify the application status on GBU website after a fortnight of submission.
** After successful filling of On-line Application Form, a Confirmation Page will be generated for each and every candidate bearing the entire information as filled by them along with a Unique Form Number which the candidate can use in future correspondence.
** Application fee payment can be done through Demand Draft, Debit/Credit Card OR Net Banking.
** If application fee payment mode through Demand Draft then candidates is required take a printout of registration form and sign it originally (View Sample Form) before sending it to The Chairman Admissions, Gautam Buddha University, Near Yamuna Express Way, Greater Noida, U. P.-201312. latest by 5th April 2014 for B. Tech+M. Tech/MBA, BA LLB, BBM+MBA, M.Sc./MURP/M. Tech & MBA & 15th July 2014 for M.A./MSW/MMC/M. Phil/ (BA+MA) & B. Arch along with the Demand Draft and required certificate/documents. Last date for GPTR is 10th April, 2014.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE : HOW TO APPLY
Online Submission: On-line application form and admission brochure will be available on University

Application fee may submit through Credit Card / Debit Card/ Net Banking/Demand Draft. Transaction charges for payment through Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking additional with the application fee. Refer to the university website/admission brochure for details of the various programme.

Signed printout copy of the completed filled online application form/OMR for under graduate (GPTU-2014- Integrated Dual Degree Programme B.Tech. + M.Tech./ MBA (Engg., Biotechnolgy., Food Processing & Technology), BBM+MBA & BA LLB. For GPT-2014 (All M.Tech., MURP, M.Sc. and MBA) along with required documents should reach latest by April 05, 2014 and for remaining programmes (M.A./MSW/ MMC/ M.PHIL, B.A+M.A. and B.Arch. application with NATA score card) the last date for submission of signed copy of printout of application form/OMR is July 15, 2014. The completed application form should be accompanied with following documents;

(i) Self attested copies of mark sheets and certificates th of all examinations starting from class 10 onwards.
(ii) Self attested copy of caste certificate, if applicable For Under Graduate Degree Programme, please mention ‘Application for Under Graduate Programme (GPTU-2014)’ on the right top corner of the envelope. For Graduate /Post Graduate Programme, pleasemention ‘Application for Graduate /Post Graduate Programme (GPT-2014)’ on the right top corner of the envelope. Candidate must send the signed printed copy of the filled online application form along with relevant documents to the address given below:

Offline Submission: OMR Application Form with admission brochure can be obtained from University Counter by paying in Demand Draft drawn in favour of “Chairman, Admissions Gautam Buddha University” payable at New Delhi of Rs. 1200/- for General/OBC candidates and Rs. 600/- for SC/ST candidates. Outstation candidates may obtain OMR Application Forms by post after paying Demand Draft drawn infavour of “Chairman, Admissions Gautam Buddha University” payable at New Delhi of Rs. 1250/- for General/OBC candidates and Rs. 650/- for SC/ST candidates. The completed OMR application form should reach within the specified last date to The Chairman address given below. For details of the programme, refer to the university website /admission brochure.

General requirements for submission of online application form:

Entrance Examination Fee Payment :
Log on to https://gbu.ac.in/
Log on to your account with your Form No. and Password.
Click on fee payment link and enter the DD details.
Take the printout of your registration form and send the same to university with the Demand Draft and required documents.

Download Admit Card
Admit card will be available on the website as per the schedule of examination. Candidate has to login to his/her account and download his/her admit card.

Result Declaration
Result will be displayed on the website as per schedule. Candidate has to enter his/her Application Form Number to view the result.
