But not yet I have got any cooperation from the college (Barrackpore R G Surendranath College). Not only me but many other students are trying to get the benefit but the college is not taking up any responsibility. Neither the college is giving us forms nor is it accepting any filled in forms with documents for further processing. So, we are very much helpless. Though the website is informing us that the institutions will take up all the responsibilities by issuing forms till the furnishing and further development, they are avoiding every responsibility. Only once the college issued a Xerox copy of a form, that too was ultimately invalid. So, in this situation what can/ should we do to avail the grant since we are very poor to continue our education properly?
I request you to please give directives in written to the head of the institution to fulfill our need. Or start online application. Thank you.
