V-SET & V-LET SCHOLARSHIP EXAMINATION: 2014
It is hereby intimated to all the prospective candidates, that the VISAT Scholarship Examinations, for section of prospective students of First Year B.Tech for the grant of VISAT Management Scholarships, as announced for the year 2014 is scheduled to be held on following dates onwards at the College premises at Elanji.
Details of Scholarship Examinations :
V-SET 2014 :
Eligibility:-
Candidates who have passed Higher Secondary Examination, Kerala or examinations recognized as equivalent thereto, with 50% marks in Mathematics separately, and 50% marks in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry / Bio-technology / Computer Science/Biology put together are gible for scholarship test.
V-LET 2014 :
Eligibility:-
Candidates having Three year Diploma in Engineering awarded by the Board of Technical Examinations, Kerala or equivalent, having 50% marks in the final Diploma examination, are also eligible for writing the scholarship examination.
OFFERS FOR A STUDENT COMING FOR SCHOLARSHIP TEST :
1) FEE WAIVER for Top 50 Students:
(a) Students securing Rank 1-5 will get 100% scholarship (1 Student per branch)
(b) Students securing Rank 6-10 will get 50% scholarship. (1 Student per branch)
(c) Students securing Rank 11-15 will get 25% scholarship
(d) Students securing Rank 16- 30 will get 20% scholarship
(e) Students securing Rank 30 to Students who pass the examination would get a 10% scholarship.
2) Transportation facility:
Transportation facility would be provided to all students and parents from the following destinations
(a) Ernakulam via Mulanturuthy, Piravom
(b) Cherthala via Vaikom, Thalayolaparambu
(c) Thiruvalla via Kottayam, Ettumanoor
(d) Thodupuzha via Moovatupuzha
3) Food:
Snacks and tea would be provided for free. Lunch would contain a nominal charge.
