Applications in prescribed form are invited for filling up the posts of Chowkidar, Mali, Safai Sweak and Frash in the pay band of Rs.4900-10680 Plus Grade Pay Rs.1650/- (with initial start of Rs.6950/-). The number of vacancies for the posts of Chowkidar, Mali, Safai Sweak and Frash which is proposed to be filled up is given below
1 Name of the post : Safai Sewak

Qualifications : Knowledge of Hindi and regional language.
2 Name of the post : Frash
No. of post : General -16; SC/ST/BC -2; Ex-servicemen -1; Phy. Handicapped -1
Qualifications : Knowledge of Hindi and regional language.
3 Name of the post : Chowkidar

Qualifications : Middle Standard Pass or its equivalent from a recognized School Education Board/Institution.
4 Name of the post : Mali
No. of post : General -44; SC/ST/BC -6; Ex-servicemen -3; Phy. Handicapped -2
Qualifications : Knowledge of Hindi and regional language
Age : The applicant should not be less than 18 years and more than 35 years of age as on 20.05.2014.
Fee : The candidate must apply on the prescribed form. The application form is priced at Rs.100/- (Rs.50/- in case of SC/ST/BC/Ex- Servicemen/Phy. Handicapped) which includes examination fee also. Dependants of the ex-servicemen, who are disabled/deceased during active operation are exempted from fee and such candidates may collect application forms from this Court by submitting the relevant proof thereof.
How to Apply :
i) The application form can be obtained on any working day from the counters situated at Scooter/Cycle Stand Building near Post Office in High Court premises, between 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. and 2.00 p.m. to 4.00 p.m.
ii) The application form can also be obtained by post by sending a Bank Draft of Rs.150/- (cost of application form Rs.100/- plus Rs.50/- as postal charges for General Category) and Rs.100/- (Cost of application form Rs.50/- plus Rs.50/- as postal charges for Reserved Category) drawn in favour of Registrar General, High Court of Punjab and Haryana, Chandigarh. The envelop should be superscribed with the words “Request for form to the Post of Chowkidar,Mali,Safai-Sewak and Frash”.
The last date for obtaining application forms by post : 12.05.2014.
