DOWNLOAD ADMIT CARD FOR U.G. ENTRANCE EXAMINATION 2014 :
Form “A”-Cum-Admit Card for appearing at the OUAT UG Entrance Examination, 2014 to be held on 25th May, 2014 will be available in OUAT Website (www.ouat.ac.in) with effect from 1st May, 2014. The applicants are advised to download the same from OUAT website.

Please visit ouat.ac.in. Click on Admit Card for UG Entrance Examination, 2014. Enter your e-Receipt No. (DU No.) or Mobile No. Verify the datas provided by you while submitting Online Form. Then click “Print”. The Form “A”-Cum-Admit Card will appear on the screen.

Print out and bring two copies of the same to the concerned Examination Centre affixing a Passport size Photograph in each Admit Card at appropriate place and without putting signature thereon. Candidates are required to put their signature only before the Invigilator at concerned Examination Centre.

Further, the candidates are required to bring with them the e-Receipt and any one of the following documents in original in support of their identification, failing which they will not be allowed
to the Examination Centre.
i) Voter ID Card
ii) Driving License
iii) Pan Card
iv) College Identity Card
v) Adhar Card
vi) Bank Pass Book supported by Photograph.

N. B :
Any candidate submitted hardcopy of e-Receipt or sample copy of Form “A”-Cum-Admit Card if any to the University Office earlier can not be treated as valid document. They have to follow the above procedure to obtain Admit Card and come to the Centre alongwith e-Receipt & document for identification at the concerned Examination Centre. (Refer Clause 6.1 of the UG Prospectus, 2014.)
