NABL is a signatory to Asia Pacific Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (APLAC) and International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (ILAC) Mutual Recognition Arrangement (MRA) since 2000. As a result of these MRA’s, test / calibration reports of NABL accredited laboratories are considered equivalent to the reports issued by accredited laboratories in 60 countries.

1 Name of the post: TECHNICAL MANAGERS* (for Accreditation of Testing / Calibration/ Medical Laboratories)
No. of Vacancies : 2 (1 OBC and 1 SC) (subject to variation)
Qualification :
i) The right candidate would be Master’s Degree in relevant branch of Science or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/ Technology/ Pharmacy in any discipline or equivalent from a recognized university with minimum 18 years experience in reputed laboratory/ laboratory based research/ Quality Assurance in industry out of which 11 years experience in laboratory accreditation related activities. or
Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine from recognized university with minimum 16 years experience in reputed laboratory/ laboratory based research/ Quality Assurance in Hospital. A Master’s Degree in pathology will be desirable.
ii) Strong managerial & technical skills, leadership qualities, good communication skills and computer proficiency is desired.
Age: Not exceeding 48 years

2 Name of the post : ACCREDITATION OFFICERS – Grade-II (for Accreditation of Testing / Calibration/ Medical Laboratories)
No. of Vacancies : 1 ( UR) (subject to variation)
Qualification :
i) The right candidate would be Master’s Degree in relevant branch of Science or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Technology / Pharmacy or equivalent from a recognized university with minimum 10 years experience of reputed laboratory/ laboratory based research/ Quality Assurance of Industry, out of which atleast 4 years experience in laboratory accreditation activities. Or
Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine from recognized university with minimum 8 years experience in reputed laboratory/ laboratory based research/ Quality Assurance in Hospital. A Master’s Degree in pathology will be desirable.
ii) Strong managerial & technical skills, leadership qualities, good communication skills and computer proficiency is also desired.
Age: Not exceeding 38 years

3 Name of the post : ACCREDITATION OFFICERS -Grade-I (for Accreditation of Testing / Calibration/ Medical Laboratories)
No. of Vacancies : 3 (UR ) (subject to variation)
Qualification :
i) The right candidate would be Master’s Degree in relevant branch of Science or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/ Technology/ Pharmacy or equivalent from a recognized university with minimum 7 years experience of reputed laboratory/ laboratory based research/ Quality Assurance of Industry, out of which atleast 2 years experience in accreditation related activities. Or
Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine from recognized university with minimum 5 years experience in reputed laboratory / Quality Assurance in Hospital. A Master’s Degree in pathology will be desirable.
ii) Strong managerial & technical skills, leadership qualities, good communication skills and computer proficiency is also desired.
Age: Not exceeding 33 years

4 Name of the post: JUNIOR ACCREDITATION OFFICERS (for Accreditation of Testing / Calibration/ Medical Laboratories)
No. of Vacancies : 5 (3 UR, 1 OBC and 1SC) (subject to variation)
Qualification :
i) The right candidate would be Master’s Degree in relevant branch of Science or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/ Technology/ Pharmacy from a recognized university with minimum 4 years experience of Industry/ laboratory, out of which atleast 1 year experience in reputed laboratory/ laboratory based research/ quality assurance in the industry. Or
Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine from recognized university with minimum 2 years experience in reputed laboratory/ Quality Assurance in Hospital. A Master’s Degree in pathology will be desirable.
ii) Strong managerial & technical skills, leadership qualities, good communication skills and computer proficiency is also desired.
Age: Not exceeding 32 years

5 Name of the post: JUNIOR ADMIN./ ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT
No. of Vacancies : 2 (UR) (subject to variation)
Qualification :
i) The right candidate would be Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university or equivalent with atleast 2 years experience in administration/ accounts/ preparation of bills/ front desk/ diary-despatch & receipt of dak in Central/ State Govt. Deptt./ Autonomous bodies/ PSUs/ reputed organization in private sector.
ii) Working knowledge of computer is desired.
Age: Not exceeding 30 years
