The written examination for the under mentioned posts will be held at Chennai, Salem, Tiruchirapalli, Thiruvananthapuram & Portblair simultaneously as per programme given below;

The call letters indicating time and venue of examination centre for the written examination to the eliaible candidates for the above mentioned categories have already been sent at the address given in the Application Form. The rejection asvise is also being sent to ineligible candidates who do not get call letters or who have been issued call letter with wrong names, community, Educational qualification, photograph and free travel authority (SC/ST) may contact the office of Railway Recruitment Board/Chennai personally at the above address as per schedule given above from 10.00 to 17.00 hrs for getting correct/duplicate call letters.

Candidates should bring along with them adequate proof for having submitted the application alon with two passport size photographs. It should be noted that duplicate call letters will be issued only to those candidates whose names exist in Master list of eligible candidates. No duplicate call letters will be issued on the date of written examination
