It is proposed to fill-up following position as per details below purely on temporary basis under the time bound Project running in this Institute.
Name of Project : Enhancing Productivity and Resilience of the Dryland Production Systems through Science based Development Interventions
1 Name of post : Technical worker
No. of Post : 1 (One)
Emoluments : Rs. 16,000/- pm fixed.
Essential Qualification :
(i) Post Graduate in Computer Science/ MCA
(ii) Knowledge of Scientific data modelling/ developing software/ tools
Desirable Qualification : Experience in Field survey and knowledge of organizing, tabulating, interpretation of survey data information.
2 Name of post : : Technical worker
No. of Post : 3 (Three)
Place of posting : CAZRI, Jodhpur
Emoluments : Rs. 16,000/- pm fixed.
Essential Qualification :
(i) Post Graduate (M.Sc.) in Botany/Chemistry/Forestry/Agriculture.
(ii) Knowledge of soil and plant sampling and its chemical analysis.
Desirable Qualification : Experience in Field survey and basic knowledge of computer (MS office).
3 Name of the post : Technical worker
No. of Post: 1 (One)
Place of posting : CAZRI, Jodhpur
Emoluments : Rs. 16,000/- pm fixed.
Essential Qualification :
(i) Post Graduate (M.A./M.Sc.) in Social Sciences/Extension.
(ii) Knowledge of socio-economic survey and its interpretation.
Desirable Qualification : Experience in Field survey and basic knowledge of computer (MS office).
4 Name of the post : Office assistant
No. of Post : 1 (One)
Place of posting : CAZRI, Jodhpur
Emoluments : Rs. 12,000/- pm fixed.
Essential Qualification : Bachelor degree in science ( CBZ)
Desirable Qualification :
(i) Experience in file management and basic knowledge of computer (MS office).
(ii) Experience in organising data sets Duration and other conditions
Upto December, 2014 (purely temporary and co-terminus with the project)
Age limit : 35 years for men and 40 years for women on the date of walk-in-interview

The candidate should bring the following documents alongwith bio-data on plain paper duly signed and pasted with a recent colour passport size photograph on it.
(i) Original certificate of educational qualifications and attested copies
(ii) Two testimonials of Character from two responsible gazetted officers
(iii) relevant publication
(iv) a brief of research work during post graduations
(v) No objection certificate from the employer in case of employment elsewhere
(vi) Experience certificate in original, if any.
The above position is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project. The service of the selected candidate will stand terminated automatically after the expiry of the project or completion of period mentioned in the offer of appointment and on the decision of the competent authority, whichever is earlier. He/she will not have any right to claim for regularization or absorption whatsoever in regular vacancies of the Institute/ICAR. TA/DA will not be admissible for attending the interview.
