Competition Terms and Conditions :
** Contest begins May 27, 2014. Enter by visiting the StaySafeIndia web page, once the tips are submitted your participation will automatically be entered into the campaign. All entries must be received by midnight, June 26, 2014, the contest closing date. To participate, you must be : (a) India resident; and (b) 18 years old or over at the time of entry.
** In addition, there are six month subscriptions of OTER to be won.
** The prizes have no cash value and must be accepted as offered and cannot be exchanged, transferred, sold or added on to in any way. All decisions of OTER regarding this contest are final.
** Contest is not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of One Touch Emergency Response, or any subsidiary of OTER.
** No purchase necessary.
** If you want to enter a contest you may enter via the website on the applicable contest page, or you can also send your answer, detailing which competition you wish to enter, together with your name, address and e-mail address by e-mail to : webqueries@onetouchresponse.com.
** Sending an e-mail will not confirm that we have received your entry. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost or delayed, or which are not received for any reason.
** If you win a competition, we will notify you by email, or social media if you entered the competition on the microsite, within 48 working hours of the closing date. If you do not respond within 48 hours of being notified, you will forfeit your prize and OTER reserves the right to choose another winner. The judges’ decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
** By entering the competition the winner agrees to participate in such promotional activity and material as OTER may require.
** If a panel of judges is required for the competition, it will be comprised of persons detailed on the relevant competition page and/or staff of One Touch Emergency Response.
** Incorrectly completed entries will be disqualified.
** Please read our Privacy Policy which tells you how we use any personal information we may collect about you by entering a competition.
** OTER reserves the right to amend these rules at any time. OTER may also create rules which will apply to a specific competition only. If we do this we will publish the amended competition rules and/or specific competition rules on the relevant competition page.
** If the competition or promotion is run on Facebook, then it is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook. By participating you hereby release and hold harmless Facebook from any and all liability associated with this promotion.
** OTER will endeavour to send prizes within a month of the competition end date but cannot guarantee this delivery time.
** The competition is governed by Indian law.
Prize :
There are two (2) prizes available to be won. Each prize will consist of Apple iPad mini-16GB. Approximate retail value = INR 21,000 each.

** We do not collect personal information for any purpose other than to respond to you. If you choose to provide us with personal information with an e-mail address or postal address, and submitting it to us through the website or contest, we use that information to respond to your message, and to help you get the information you have requested.
** Our website never collects information or creates individual profiles for commercial marketing. While you must provide an e-mail address for a localised response to any incoming questions or comments to us, we recommend that you do NOT include any other personal information.
