Sub: Attention of all the candidates who applied for the post Skilled Work Assistant
(SWA) under this Organisation and attended the Physical and Skill Test.

With reference to this office advertisement No.EN28/98 published in the Employment News dated 12-18 October, 2013 for the recruitment to the post of Skilled Work Assistant (SWA), the list of candidates who have been short-listed based on the Physical and Skill Test is enclosed.

A specimen copy of the Call Letter is appended along with the list of candidates with date of reporting for Personality Test/Interview.

Candidates who do not receive the said call letter by post but appearing in the above said list, they can attend the Test on the scheduled date shown against each of them at the Venue mentioned in specimen copy of the Call Letter. Ensure to note their Applicant’s Serial No. and report the same at the venue on the specified date.

With reference to his/her application to the post of Skilled Work Assistant (SWA) in this department in response to the advertisement No. EN 28/98 in the Employment News dated 12-18 October, 2013 and short-listed based on the Physical and Skill Test, he/she is hereby directed to attend the Personality Test/Interview as per the schedule given below

He/She must produce all Original certificates in support of Educational Qualification, age, Caste Certificate (OBC Candidates has to produce Caste Certificate not older than 3 years for claiming reservation) at the time of reporting for Personality Test/Interview. If any one fails to produce Original certificates for verification his candidature will be summarily rejected and will not be allowed to appear for Interview.

No TA/DA shall be paid for attending the above Personality Test/Interview except for SC/ST candidates who shall be paid Second Class Rail fare/Bus Fare as per rules in vogue, beyond 30 km.

He/She should make his/her own arrangements for boarding & lodging.
