This brochure provides information regarding courses, number of seats, reservation policy & fee structure etc. Applicants are advised to read carefully this brochure before setting out to fill up the online application form.

All the selected candidates will report to the respective Dean office in the University along with the self attested photocopies of the following documents–
i. Allotment letter
ii. Marksheet of the qualifying examination
iii. Proof of date of birth
iv. Proof of Address
v. Cast certificate
vi.Weitage certificate
vii. Gap Certificate*

Important instructions for filling online form :
1 Login to luadmission.nic.in or click the link given in lkouniv.ac.in.
2 Read the information brochure carefully for knowing number of seats, eligibility in a course and its fee structure.
3 Click the link given for payment of registration / application fee.
4 There are 11 course categories under which a candidate can apply.
5 For applying to more than one course category, a candidate has to register afresh.
6 Please note application fee is Rs 600/- for General and OBC candidate and Rs 300/- for SC and ST candidates. Your form will be rejected if you are applying for OBC/SC/ST reservation and don’t have valid caste certificate issued by an appropriate authority of Govt. of UP.
7 The candidates are required to enter certificate number and date of issuance with great care as these certificates would be verified from the website of Board of Revenue, Government of Uttar Pradesh. IN CASE OF FAILURE OF VERIFICATION – FORM WILL BE REJECTED
8 After one working day from the date of payment of registration fee , again login on luadmission.nic.in for filling complete admission form.
9 You will open your form by putting in your basic details including the registration No. generated during registration.
10 Fill the details as asked in application form.
11 You are also required to upload.
A. Photograph ( max 40 kb jpg )
B. Signature ( max 20 kb jpg)
C. Mark sheet of qualifying exam ( max 200kb jpg)
12 Your merit will be decided on the basis of your total marks obtained in qualifying examination Note – Fill total marks ( not best 4 or best 5 ) of all the subjects studied for qualifying exam.

Your form will be rejected if your don’t fill correct total marks Take care while filling the total marks. These will be verified from the official records of the respective boards. If details given are not verified by checking software your form will be automatically rejected.

Steps for Filling Online Application :

Step 1-Application Fee Deposit :
Candidate have to deposit application fee through ‘ onlinesbi.com/prelogin/icollecthome’ and follow the SBI instructions for FEE Deposit either by E-Challan or by ONLINE Transaction. After submitting the fee (for SC / ST Rs. 300 and GEN / OBC Rs. 600) candidate will get a unique Transaction ID.
Note:After one working day of Fee Deposit, candidate can fill online form from.

Step 2-Fill Online Application :
For online submission of application, candidates have to go at website luadmission.nic.in . Click on ‘Online Admission’ link, a window will open, candidates need to select Course Type like (UG) and Course like (B.Sc., B.A., B.Com etc). After candidate selects Course, an Instruction Window will open, candidates are advised to read the instructions carefully before proceeding further. After Proceeding, candidates are required to enter Transaction ID, Date of Birth and Mobile Number to complete the following steps:
(i) Candidate Registration
(ii) Complete Application
(iii) Upload Documents
(i) Candidate Registration
1. Click on ‘Candidate Registration’
2. Fill all the particulars in Online Registration Form. (The fields denoted by (*) are compulsory)
3. Carefully review all the entries before submission.
4. A registration slip with a unique Nine digit Registration Number will be generated. Note down the Nine Digit Registration Number and / or take the printout of registration slip (For Future Reference).
Note : This print out will not be considered as application. It is only a Registration. After Registration, follow the following steps.
(ii) Complete Application
1. Fill all the particulars in Complete Application Section. (The fields denoted by (*) are compulsory )
2. Carefully review all the entries before submission.
(iii) Upload Documents
1. After completing Candidate Registration and Completion of Application section entries, you have to upload your documents (Colored latest photograph, signature and marksheet of qualifying examination in jpeg format). Photograph size must be less than 40Kb, Signature size must be less than 20Kb and marksheet size must be less than 300Kb .
2. Fill the required information (CAPTCHA) on the screen then submit..
3. When document upload is successful, candidate will get a OTP (On screen and through SMS in Mobile).
4.Take the printout of this final form for further proceedings. (Print option– A4 size in Landscape). ;
Note :Keep your Registration Number and OTP(One time Password) secure with you for Choice Filling Purpose.

Step 3-Choice Submission & Lock :
1. Click on Choice Submission.
2. Use your Registration Number and One Time Password (OTP) to login.
3. After Sucessful login candidates are able to select their choice according his / her select the course before registration.
4. Candidate must see ‘Choice Available’ link to what choices candidate can select. ‘Select Choice’; link. On choice page at left side, candidate chose any number of the subjects. As candidate select subjects from left side, the selected subjects will appear at right side on priority basis as candidate selected ‘Choice Delete link to delete any choices. ‘Lock Choice link to lock the filled choices.
5. Candidates must select at least 3 subjects for selected course.
6. If Candidates have Selected Statistics, then Mathematics choice is automatically Selected. These choices would be his / her first and second choices.
7. Your candidature is open only for your chosen options. Candidate is adviced to give maximum number of choices, his / her should leave only those options, which he does not want to study at all.
8. Before locking- Candidate must be sure of the sequence of preferences / choices. After locking candidate will not be able to edit sequence of preferences / choices in any case.
9. Candidate must be take a print of complete application form.

Step 4-Document Verification :
University will verify the candidate’s document at their own level. Candidate must appear on a given time and date with original documents, If he/she is asked to do so.
