Rules :
** Photographs must be in digital format.
** Only online entries will be eligible.
** No print or film submissions will be accepted for entry into this Contest.
** The photograph need not be taken with a digital camera; scans of negatives, transparencies or photographic prints are acceptable.
** All digital files must be 20 megabytes or smaller, must be in JPEG or .jpg format, and must be at least 1,600 pixels wide (if a horizontal image) or 1,600 pixels tall (if a vertical image).
** BPS reserves the right to cancel the contest or modify these rules at its discretion.
** In the event of a dispute regarding the winners, BPS reserves the right to award or not award the prizes in its sole discretion.

BPS reserves the right to disqualify any entrant whose entry or conduct appears in any way to :
Inhibit the enjoyment of others; tamper with the competition; violate these rules; infringe on the rights of third parties; or act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Decisions of BPS is final.

You represent and warrant that :
(i) you own the Content posted by you on or through the Service or otherwise have the right to grant the rights and licenses set forth in these Terms of Use and Conditions;
