RTA Readers’ Travel Awards 2014 :
The Conde Nast Traveller Readers’ Travel Awards 2014 (“Awards”) is organized by Conde Nast India. By casting your Vote for the Awards you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Voting Methodology :
You may cast your vote in the following ways :
** Online by voting on cntraveller.in/rta or
** Physical voting i.e. by filling up the Readers’ Travel Questionnaire in the June-July 2014 issue of (Conde Nast Traveller India) and posting the same in the business reply envelope to the address mentioned thereon.

Terms and Conditions :
** Please note that votes sent in other manner will not be considered under any circumstance.
** Conde Nast India is committed to operating a fair and consistent voting system. You shall not be entitled to ask for any proofs or evidences or challenge Conde Nast India’s voting system in any court of law.
** Conde Nast India is unable to confirm the integrity of any other voting method except for the official voting system through its website and through physical voting as more particularly mentioned herein.
** Only complete and correct votes will be deemed as eligible. Erroneous, illegible or incomplete votes will not be accepted as valid entries.
** Only those Voters who have cast valid online or physical votes will be eligible for Voters Lucky Draw.
** Procedure of Lucky Draw will be at the sole discretion of Conde Nast India.
** Multiple voting is allowed in the same or different categories; However for the purpose of Voters’ Lucky Draw the Voter/s who win the Lucky Draw will not be entitled to more than one prize.
** Conde Nast India at all times reserves the right to amend, suspend, withdraw, cancel or re-set the Vote for any reason at its sole discretion and at any time. You shall not be entitled to challenge any amendment, suspension, withdrawal, cancellation, re-set of the votes by Conde Nast India.
** Conde Nast India reserves the right to reject any Vote on any grounds without the need to notify any participant of the reasons for rejection.
** By participating in this Competition, all eligible Voters agree to be bound by the terms and conditions mentioned herein.
** Conde Nast India’s decision in relation to all matters affecting the Vote is final, conclusive and binding on all eligible participants and no correspondence whatsoever in that regards shall be entertained.
** Conde Nast India’s decision in relation to all matters affecting the Vote cannot be contested and/or challenged in any forum or before any authority whatsoever.
** Conde Nast India reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the registration/participation process or the operation of the contest or the website, to be in violation of the Conditions of Access of the Web site, or to be acting in violation of the Information Technology Act or any other law or regulation.
** Conde Nast India reserves its right to pursue legal action against any individual believed to have undertaken fraudulent activities or other activities harmful to this contest, the entry submission process or the relevant web site.

Terms and Conditions for Online Voting :
** Vote may be cast between June 5, 2014 and July 31, 2014.
** Any vote cast before or after the designated voting period will be considered as null and void.
** Conde Nast India reserves the right to disallow any vote if it has reasonable grounds to suspect that fraudulent bulk votes have been cast (i.e. more votes than a human being could possibly submit in the time available without the use of software or other devices designed to make automated votes)
** Conde Nast India, may, in its sole discretion, prohibit any person from Online Voting whom they believe to be abusing the website.
** At times you may not be able to access the website to register your vote. Conde Nast India is not liable to persons who are unable to register a vote
** As regards online voting, the lucky draw winner/s will be drawn by computer randomization from the online votes casted each week, which process shall entirely be at the discretion of Conde Nast India and the same is not open to challenge by any person whomsoever

Terms and Conditions for Physical Voting :
** Participants may cast their vote by filling up the Readers’ Travel Questionnaire which will be made available in the June- July 2014 Issues of Conde Nast Traveller and by posting the same in the business reply envelope to the address mentioned thereon.
** Votes received after 6 pm on July 31, 2014 shall be considered null and void.
** Conde Nast India will not be held responsible for the loss of opportunity to participate due to entries not received in time or any other reasons whatsoever.
** As regards physical voting, the winners of lucky draw will be selected by randomly drawing from the valid physical votes received each week, which process shall entirely be at the discretion of Conde Nast India and the same is not open to challenge by any person whomsoever.

Criteria for participation :
** Participation in this competition implies acceptance of all the terms and conditions of the competition
** Any person resident of India is eligible to vote, however only citizens of India will be selected as the winner for the said competition.
** All participants agree that they are at least 18 years of age at the time of voting
** This competition is open to all Indian citizens excluding employees of Conde Nast India (and members of their immediate family) and anyone in the administration of the contest.
** For online voting, all participants will need to provide the registration details requested including a valid e-mail address at the time of registration. This will be used to validate the participant’s authenticity and enable him/her to login to the above stated website(s)
** For voting through submission of physical forms, all participants will need to provide a correct, up to date information including name, address, DOB, email, tel number, mobile, gender at the time of registration to validate the participant’s authenticity and enable him/her to receive future communications regarding this contest
** If and when required you agree to provide complete and correct information in respect of your identity, contact details, email id, PAN No. telephone number, age, sex and complete postal/correspondence address. The details of registration to vote that are mandatory are mentioned on the Site. In case of you unable to provide the details as required by Conde Nast India you shall not be entitled to participate in the contest.
** The information is deemed to be voluntarily supplied during the course of you voting for the Conde Nast Traveller Awards and /or personal information provided by the winner/s as non-confidential, which hereby discharges all obligations of confidentiality. Conde Nast shall be free to reproduce, use, disclose and distribute the information to third parties without limitation.
** All entry forms for Physical Voting and Online Voting shall be retained and shall belong to Conde Nast India exclusively and shall be dealt with in the manner Conde Nast India deems fit and proper. Conde Nast India shall not be liable to furnish any copies of entry forms at any time or any other document pursuant to the Vote to any person or persons.
** Participants must ensure that the information provided is authentic and accurate, and shall not contain any unauthorized third-party information.
** Participants will be disqualified for the lucky draw if the information provided is inaccurate and incorrect. Conde Nast India is not liable in any manner whatsoever for the failure of prize notification to winners due to inaccurate and incorrect information.
** Participants who provide inaccurate and incorrect information shall be solely responsible for any losses and damages suffered by Conde Nast India and/or any third party.

Winners :
** Winners based on number of votes received in various categories will be announced on on www.cntraveller.in and in the December, 2014 – January 2015 issue of Conde Nast Traveller India. The Winner in each category will be based on the number of votes received by it in a particular category.
** The winner/s of the Voters Lucky Draw as the case may be must, at the request of Conde Nast, participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the winning of the prize, free of charge, and they consent to Conde Nast India using their name, image and logos (as applicable) in promotional material.
** Winners of the voters Lucky Draw will be contacted by Conde Nast India and sent their prize voucher by post.
** The prize voucher must be redeemed by the winner personally by producing proper identification and is not transferable.
** Winners must redeem their vouchers on or before the specified period as stated in the voucher.
** Failure to redeem all prizes within the validity period will result in the prize getting lapsed.
** All Taxes, charges, levies, fees and other charges in relation to the prize/s, if any, shall be borne by the winners alone and Conde Nast India shall not be liable to pay the same.
