ADMISSION to Full Time Ph.D. PROGRAMME FOR ACADEMIC SESSION 2014-2015
Institute invites applications for admission to Full Time Ph.D. Programme in the areas as specified

1. Discipline :Applied Sciences
Qualification :
i) M Sc. in Physics/ Mathematics / Electronics/Nano-Technology; M Tech/M Phil in Material Science/ Nanotechnology/Computational Physics/ Solid State Physics/Computational Mathematics withfirst division or equivalent CGPA.
ii) Only those candidates will be considered for Ph.D. programme.
iii) Candidates with M.Sc. must have valid NET/GATE score /M.Phil.
iv) Candidates with M.Phil. must have publication (s) in reputed Journal

2.Discipline : Management
Qualification : Candidates must possess master degree with first division or equivalent CGPA in Management or in any branch of Engineering or Technology (or) Master degree with first division or equivalent CGPA in Science, Operations Research, Computer Science, Economics or Commerce with Mathematics or Statistics at Bachelor level.
Only those candidates will be considered for Ph.D. programme.
** Candidates with MBA must have valid NET /CAT/MAT/CMAT score
** Candidates with ME/M.Tech must have valid GATE score
** Candidates with MSc/M Com/MA must have valid NET/GATEscore/M.Phil.
** Candidates with M.Phil. must have publication (s) in reputed Journal

3. Discipline :Engineering and Technology (CSE/IT/E&C)
Qualification :M.E./M Tech./MS or equivalent in Engineering with first division or equivalentCGPA in CSE/IT/E&C or equivalent branch of Engineeringwith B.Tech./BE/MCA/MSc. with first division or equivalent CGPA in CSE/IT/E&C or equivalent.
Only those candidates will be considered for Ph.D. programme.
** Whose admission to M. Tech /M.S/ME programmes is through GATE OR
** Who holds a valid GATE score

Application Fee : Rs. 1200 (For Gen/OBC) and Rs 600 (for SC/ST/PH) should be submittedthrough online payment gateway available at Home Page of the Institute’s Website
