Joint Counseling for admission to M.S (Pharm.), M.Pharm., M.Tech. (Pharm.) Programme at NIPER
The following candidates are eligible to appear in the counseling (in order of their rank) to be held on 17th and 18th July 2014 in the Convention Centre of NIPER, Sector-67, S.A.S. Nagar (Mohali), Punjab, 160062. The candidates are required to submit the following documents in Original at the time of counseling, failing which, the candidature shall be summarily rejected and such candidates will not be permitted to take part in counseling:-
Note: Candidates shall have to pay full admission fee as per details given in the Information Brochure 2014. No relaxation will be given to anyone in this regard. Candidates shall have to make payment by Demand Draft in favour of NIPER-JEE, payable at Mohali or Chandigarh. Candidate should ensure that details provided in the Demand Draft are correct.
Documents to be submitted in ORIGINAL : (alongwith a set of photocopies)
1. Matriculation Certificate as a proof of age and correct name.
2. Marksheet of all the semesters of the qualifying degree.
3. Valid GPAT/GATE Score Card
4. Admit Card of NIPER-JEE 2014.
5. Certificate of reservation, if applicable
6. Certificate of reservation and certificate of income (showing non-creamy layer status of the OBC candidates as provided in OM No. 36033/3/2004- Estt. (Res) dated 9th March, 2004 of the Department of Personnel and Training, Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pension or any subsequent order issued by the Government of India in this regard). Model OBC Certificate is available on website
7. Certificate of disability, if applicable.
8. Medical Certificate [Format provided in Information Brochure at Annexure -1]
9. Affadavit to be provided in the form of Undertaking provided at Annexure-3.
10. Undertaking to be given by the parents against ragging in format provided in Information Brochure at Annexure 4.
