TamilNadu Police CUG Mobile Scheme:
1.BSNL will hand over the Family CUG application forms to respective SB/IS office.

2.Forms to be distributed by SB/IS office to respective Police Stations / Special Unit detachments.

3.Options available are:
New SIM Conversion from ex
Conversion from existing Postpaid/Prepaid BSNL number into new CUG scheme as prepaid plan.
Inclusion of existing BSNL postpaid into CUG.(Postpaid plan to continue.
Migration of other service provider number into BSNL CUG as prepaid plan.

4.Fill up the Application form, generate the PIN number (Type TNPCUG space NAME and send SMS to 53733 from the official CUG number) & enter at the appropriate place.

5.MNP subscribers, in order to port out from other service providers, please type PORT XXXXXXXXXX (10 Digit mobile number) and send SMS to 1900. User will receive the UPC code with date of expiry. They will have to enter the UPC code and data of expiry at the appropriate column in the application form. (Also enclose the MNP Form)

6.Enclose undertaking Annexure I & II. Annexure – I, has to be countersigned by SHO/DSP/AC / In-charge Officer.

7.In-Charge officer will collect the application forms & Rs.264/- per SIM of the staff working under his/her unit and produce the forms to nearest BSNL CSC through authorized person.

8.The filled application forms will be collected by BSNL and the SIM cards will be issued immediately for new SIM cards, MNP & BSNL Post paid connections. No SIM cards will be issued for existing BSNL Prepaid connection, they will be included into the Family CUG scheme. MNP connections will be activated only after 7 to 10 days.

9.A message will be sent to parent mobile number on activation of each allotted Family CUG SIM cards.
