I cannot download the duplicate MTNL Landline Bill. Please improve your system and make it easy to download the MTNL Land Bill. You should also send the bill by post or courier or speed post, as also by email as alternative, and ensure that the customers get the bills at least 10 days before the due date as some time I get your MTNL landline bills after the due dates. You should also instruct your Customer Service Personnel to download and give a print out when we visit, which they do not give. Please improve and give good services.
I want to download Mumbai dolphin duplicate bill. I tried on the MTNL website but it takes me to the payment browser. I want to pay the exact amount. Very cumbersome online system of MTNL Mumbai.
