As an Implementation Program manager, you will drive Simpl’s future growth engine by leading strategic clients through the integration process . You will also manage the integrations across the lifecycle of our customers. You will have the opportunity to develop the implementation practice along with our growth and get the chance to build a team over time.
You will:
** Own the full onboarding cycle for Simpl’s business customers ranging from small to well-known large tech companies
** Proactively develop and project manage a customer’s integration architecture, change management strategy and timeline
** Provide feedback and insights to influence Product and Engineering teams to help drive product strategy
** Collaborate with your business counterparts on strategic projects that improve and scale our implementation process and team operations
Who you are?
** You have an in-depth understanding of the challenges faced by companies while implementing a technology product and can independently lead a multi party implementation project in a highly consultative and proactive manner
** You have influenced cross-functional teams (e.g. Product, Engineering, Legal, Sales, etc.) to quickly come up with solutions that achieve customer objectives
** You have the experience with APIs and ability to explain technical concepts to developers.
** You are used to project managing customers and holding cross-functional teams accountable to a timeline
** You constantly strive to improve our users’ implementation outcomes, including launch speed, integration health and user satisfaction
** You proactively help Simpl understand what factors influence customer success and implement appropriate solutions
** You have 5+ years of experience working with strategic customers on technology solutions, and ability to operate independently in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment

About the role:
In this role, you will be responsible for helping Simpl’s network of 4000+ merchants spanning across large enterprises to upcoming startups. You will also help these merchants adopt new products and features as and when they become available.
What you will do:
** Become a subject-matter expert in Simpl’s payments products and APIs
** Assist merchants/clients to integrate with Simpl’s APIs and plugins, including answering product questions, testing and validating integrations, and troubleshooting and solving issues
** Be the voice of merchants into Simpl, by providing feedback into product/engineering team
** Create and maintain documentation, including onboarding, integration, and troubleshooting procedures
** Support Business Development in the pre-sales phase with technical knowledge & advice
Who you are?
** 4+ years of technology development, solution engineering or related work on tech integrations. Proven track record working with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
** Demonstrates a pragmatic understanding of how technology systems communicate across platforms, how data is stored/utilized, and possess ability to leverage the same to customize implementation models.
** Strong collaborator with a problem-solving, customer-centric mind-set and demonstrates skills in evaluating situations and identifying multiple solutions.
** Strong communicator. Can hear the real issues that need to be solved and effectively articulates the solutions.
