Online Provisional Registration :
Welcome to the Instruction for Submission of the Application Forms Section through which you will get the information about how to fill up the application form for Registration /Provisional Registration /Renewal of Registration.
Maharashtra Medical Council has made arrangement for online submission of data by the concerned intern doctor for procuring Provisional registration. They may visit maharashtramedicalcouncil.in link online provisional registration and fill up the form with requisite information with uploading of scanned documents and the photograph. They may also pay the online fees on SBI collect payment gateway. They may take print out of the submitted form. The submission of online application with payment does not confirm the registration. It will be confirmed after the admin in MMCverifies the hard copies submitted by the respective Dean.
The intern doctor will be required to submit the print out. of the application form made online along with copies of uploaded documents to the Dean. The respective Dean on proper verification may endorse the application. Respective Deans are requested to send the applications of the interns in bulk to Maharashtra Medical Council within three months of starting of internship.
The administration in MMC upon receipt of the verified application, from the Dean will filially give ok to the provisionaf registration. The applicant can see the same on the website and will be able to take printout. The date of online submission will be deemed date for provisional registration.
Instructions For Student :
a) Students Shall Fill Online Provisional Application Form By Clicking On Online Form-> Fill Online Registration Form. .
b) Please fill the details properly and attach required documents in the form of jpg file upto 100 kb.Also upload photo and signature in jpg format upto 100 kb.
c) After filling Online Form Note down the Application No Generated..
d) Print Application Form By Clicking Online Form-> Print Online Registration Form.
e) Submit the hard copy of the documents along with the Application form print to the college.
f) After Verification of the documents from Dean and MMC student will receive the mail on students provided Email ID.
g) After receiving mail go to Student Login and take the print out of Provisinal Registartion Certificate.

c) At the time Online Payment, Please follow the below steps :-
i) At the time of Provisional Registration Payment, Please Enter the Full Name of Applicant and Application No Generated same as entered in Application of Online Provisional Registration Form.
Procedure for Submission of Applications for Good Standing Certificate of The Medical Council of India
The application for Good Standing Certificate of the Medical Council of India is required to be submitted through the State Medical Council, i.e. through Maharashtra Medical Council, in respect of the R.M.P.s registered with this Council. Format of the application is available on the website of the Medical Council of India (www.mciindia.org).
Application in the prescribed form duly filled in, is required to be submitted to the state council, i.e. Maharashtra Medical Council in duplicate. The copies of all necessary documents and certificates, as mentioned in the said application, must be attached to the application, together with Demand Draft of Rs.2000/- (Rs.Two Thousand Only) drawn in favour of Secretary, Medical Council of India, towards fee for the Good Standing Certificate. Apart from the above, a fee of Rs.120/- (Rs. One Hundred and Twenty only) is required to be paid to the Maharashtra Medical Council, by Demand Draft, drawn in favour of Registrar, Maharashtra Medical Council, payable in Mumbai, or by cash, for verification, recommendation and for forwarding the application to Medical Council of India.
