1. Project Planner :
Age : 25 to 30 years
Reports to : Assistant Manager- PC
Location : UAE
Job Descriptions :
** Preparation of baseline schedules, it’s updating and rebase lining.
** Primavera schedule monitoring, tracking & updating on weekly basis.
** Preparation of weekly Progress reports for Dept. Head & Project Manager’s review.
** Tracking of DPR’s & PSR’s and it’s reporting to PMT.
** Making 4 week look ahead, construction delays/slippage reporting PMT in weekly review meetings.
** Reporting of project progress against project productivity summary reports / EVM (summary) made on weekly basis and reviewing/ reporting less CPI items to PMT on weekly basis.
** Reports for interim review meetings with project team.
** Manpower forecasting of projects as and when required.
** Project quarterly review/ analysis report to Dept. Head
** Project closeout report & lesson learned summarization.
Desired Profile :
BE Mechanical Engineering with 03 to 05 years in project planning & should be conversant with Primavera Project Planning Software
2. Senior Estimation Engineer (Electrical) :
Age : 25 to 30 years
Reports to : Commercial Manager
Location : UAE
Job Descriptions :
** Should be able to take electrical MTO and prepare estimation for MEP jobs including HVAC
** With minimum 2 years experience as an estimator and 3 years experience as a project engineer in the marine/offshore industry
Desired Profile :
BE Mechanical Engineering with 2 to 3 years experience in estimation
3. Estimation Engineer (Electrical & Communication) :
Age : 25 to 30 years
Reports to : Commercial Manager
Location : UAE
Job Descriptions :
** Should be able to take MTO and prepare estimation for F & G, PAGA, Telecom, etc.
** With minimum 2 years experience as an estimator and 3 years experience as a project engineer in the marine / offshore industry
Desired Profile :
BE Mechanical Engineering with 2 to 3 years experience in estimation
4. Estimation Engineer (Architectural) :
Age : 25 to 30 years
Reports to : Commercial Manager

** Should be able to take Architectural MTO and prepare estimation for Architectural/Insulation/Plumbing works
