Site Engineer :
Responsibilities :
** Supervise and coordinate the activities of site contractors;
** Monitor job progress and ensure that civil contracted works meets all practical, commercial, requirements of productivity, quality and contract target completions;
** Ensure all Structural work is carried out within established budgets and schedules;
** Ensure all design work conforms to the codes and standards used by the client, or to agreed industry standards.
** Implement and oversee site projects assigned to ensure smooth project execution
** Manage internal and external contractors well to ensure quality of work and scope of work is within specifications.
Requirements :
** Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering recognised by the Professional Engineers Board Singapore
** Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction industry
** Preferably those with experience in HDB Projects
** Certificate in Construction Safety Course for Project Manager (CSCPM)
** Certificate in Construction Productivity Management (CCPM)

Site Supervisor :
Responsibilities :
** Responsible for the supervision of Construction works ensuring that all works are performed in accordance with the project specifications
** Planning of Weekly and Daily work schedules, managing and resolving site issues
Requirements :
** Diploma/Certificate in Civil/Structural Engineering/Building/NCCS or equivalent
** Minimum 2-3 years local site experience playing supervisory role in Construction of Residential, Commercial and Industrial projects
** Ability to understand and interpret Civil & Structural drawings, details

M&E Coordinator :
Responsibilities :
** Coordinate M&E works in Building Construction
** Resolving site issues and problems
** Assists the project team in ensuring the aspect if M&E complies with the tender/clients specification and all standards and regulations
** Ensuring scheduled work/task complete
Requirements :
** Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering or Certificate in M&E Coordination
** At least 3 years working experience in construction site environment
** Proficient in the application of AutoCAD/IBM
** Possess good interpersonal skills and excellent team spirit

Resident Technical Officer (M&E) :
Responsibilities :
** Responsible for the quality, supervision and coordination of M&E service
** Conduct in progress inspections to ensure work carried out complies with quality standards and requirements
** Attend site meeting and conduct regular inspection
** Report to Project Engineers on the development of the projects
Requirements :
** Diploma from Polytechnic or CITI in relevant discipline
** Minimum of 5 years experience and with at least 2 years of full-time on site supervision experience and experienced with irrigation system
** MUST be registered with BCA as a Resident Technical Officer

WSH Coordinator :
Responsibilities :
** Responsible for implementation of health, safety and environmental policies, procedures and guidelines including review and recommendations at site.
** Ensure site complies with the relevant and latest Workplace Safety, Health and Environmental regulations and maintain proper documentation of all safety records, certificates, notice and official related WSHE correspondence.
** Responsible for investigating, analyzing and determining cause of any incident, accident or dangerous occurrence at site and recommend preventive measures.
** Organize WSH related meetings, training and promotional campaign / activity.
Requirements :
** Advanced Certificate in WSH
** 3 years working experience in WSH Field

Electrician :
Responsibilities :
** Provide technical & perform on site/in house servicing, repair & installation to industry related project
** Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements :
** Nitec or Higher Nitec in Electrical
** Literate in English (Spoken & Written)
** Knowledge in switchboard wirings is an advantage
** 4 to 5 years relevant experience
** Possess Class 3 Driving License is a must
