1. Name of the post : Chief Test Pilot (Fixed Wing) (Gr-VIII)

The Person:
i) The candidate should be of the rank of Air Commodore in the Flying Branch (Pilot preferably the Fighter Stream) (either Ex-Servicemen or Serving Officer).
ii) The candidate should possess Qualified Experimental Test Pilot Degree on Fixed Wing Aircraft from ASTE or any recognized foreign School. The candidate should also possess more than 2500 hrs of Flying experience. Candidate who possess more than 3 years Test Flying Experience will be preferred.

2. Name of the post : Dy. General Manager / Chief Manager (Flight Operations & Safety) (Gr-VII/VI)

The Person:
The candidates should be of the rank of Group Captain for the post of Deputy General Manager (FOS) (Gr-VII) or Wing Commander (with three years or more experience in the Rank) for the post of Chief Manager (FOS) (Gr-VI) in the Flying Branch (Pilot preferably the Fighter Stream) from Indian Air Force (either Ex-Servicemen or Serving Officer).
The candidate should possess a Full Time Bachelor’s Degree (3 years after 10+2) from Institutes / Universities recognized by appropriate statutory authorities in the Country. Candidate should also possess a flying experience of minimum 2500 hours. Candidates who commanded a Fighter Squadron and / or possess the following additional qualifications will be preferred;
i) Experimental Test Pilots Degree from ASTE or any recognized foreign School;
ii) Flight Safety Course from a recognized institution; &
iii) Post Graduate Degree in Defence Studies.

The Person: The candidate should possess a Full Time Bachelors Degree with Full Time PG Degree / PG Diploma / MBA / MSW / MA (10+2+3+2) with specialization in Human Resources/ Personnel Management / Industrial relations / Labour Management / Organisational Development/ Human Resources Development / Labour Welfare etc., from Institutes / Universities recognized by appropriate statutory authorities in the Country, with minimum 13 years of post professional qualification experience (for posts in Gr-VI) / 10 Years post professional qualification experience (for posts in Gr-V) in handling HR activities. Candidates who possess the post professional qualification experience from Manufacturing sector will be preferred.

The Person: The candidate should possess a Full Time Bachelor’s Degree (3 years after 10+2) with English as compulsory or elective subject, from Institutes / Universities recognized by appropriate statutory authorities in the Country. The candidate should also possess a Full Time 2 years Post Graduate Degree in Hindi alongwith a Full Time 1 year PG Diploma in Translation from Hindi to English and vice versa from Institutes / Universities recognized by appropriate statutory authorities in the Country.

Step -1: Candidate is required to click the link given in career section of HAL website for Registration & select the name of the post he/she is willing to apply for.

Step -2: The personal, educational & experience details are required to be filled up and photograph to be uploaded. Before finally submitting the details entered, an editing option will be given to the candidate for editing any details already entered, if required.

Step -3: (for General / OBC Categories only): Candidate has to approach any of the core banking branches of SBI with the ‘pay-in-slip’ and deposit the Application Fee of Rs. 500/- along with the bank charges Rs.25/- in ‘Hindustan Aeronautics Limited- Recruitment Account’ bearing No. 30969511830, on or before 29.01.14. On receipt of the Application Fee, the concerned SBI branch will enter a unique Journal Number in the ‘Pay-in-slip’. Candidates should retain the original counterfoil of the ‘Pay-in-Slip’ (candidate’s copy) for future reference.

Step -4: (For General / OBC Categories only): After Payment of Application Fee in the Bank, candidate is required to log on to HAL website on or before 1700 hrs on 30.01.14 and fill up the E-mail Id & Date of Birth in the link given. Candidates will then be required to enter the details of payment of Application Fee (i.e., Name & Code No. of SBI Branch, SBI Journal No. Date of Deposit of Application Fee in Bank). On submission, Application Confirmation page will be displayed. Candidate is required to print the application confirmation page for future reference
