HLLhas set up a new condom factory at Irapuram Rubber Park, Perumbavoor, Ernakulam District. Irapuram Factory Cochin (IFC) is a moulding hub for male and female condoms and the annual installed production capacity of the factory is 300 million pieces of condoms.

The company is looking for dynamic, self-motivated and value driven candidates for the following positions on Fixed Tenure Contract basis.

1 Name of the post : PRODUCTION ASSISTANT

Essential Qualification: ITI Fitter/Machinist/ Electrical
Desirable: Diploma
Essential Experience: Minimum Two (2) years industrial experience
Desirable: Experience in rubber/process industries
Consolidated pay per month (Rs.): Rs 7,500/- per month (inclusive of all allowances & benefits)

2 Name of the post : SENIOR PRODUCTION ASSISTANT

Essential Qualification: Diploma in Rubber Technology / Chemical Engg./ Mechanical/ Electrical
Desirable: MS Office, SAP
Essential Experience: Minimum One (1) year in process industries
Desirable: SAP Production/ Plant Maintenance Module Exposure, Experience in Rubber industries
Consolidated pay per month (Rs.): Rs 10,000/- per month (inclusive of all allowances & benefits)

3 Name of the post : ASSISTANT (LAB/QA)

Essential Qualification: B Sc. (Chemistry) with minimum 60 % marks
Desirable: Certificate in Statistical Process Control
Essential Experience: Minimum One (1) year industrial experience
Desirable: Experience in Rubber industries, Chemical testing & analysis, experience in latex testing preferred
Consolidated pay per month (Rs.): Rs 10,000/- per month (inclusive of all allowances & benefits)

4 Name of the post : ASSISTANT (HR)

Essential Experience: Minimum One (1) year in HR functions in an industry with min 100 employees

Contract Period:The initial period of contract will be for ONE (1) year extendable for further period, subject to attendance and performance.
