NHDC LTD. is looking for committed, experienced Law Professionals with excellent academic record to join the Corporation on purely Fixed Tenure Basis for a period of One year, which may be extended by another one year, based on the requirement
Name of the post : Law Officer
No. of post : 02 (Two)
Age Limit : Upper age limit is 40 year as on 31.01.2014.
Qualification : Degree in Law (Professional LLB Course of 3 years duration OR 5 years integrated Law Degree) from a recognized University / Institute with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade.
Experience : Five years experience after acquiring Law Degree in Legal Department of Govt. / Public Sector Organization / Large Public Ltd. Company in a Senior Supervisory position or effective practice as Registered Advocate in the area of handling legal cases independently pertaining to Labour Legislation, Land, Revenue, Estate matters, Contracts, etc. Preference will be given to practicing advocates of High Court / Supreme Court.
Terms of Remuneration : The candidates selected for the post will be paid all-inclusive monthly consolidated remuneration up to Rs.40,000/- (Rupees Forty Thousand) per month depending upon merit of the candidate. Income-Tax deduction at source will be as per Income Tax Act.
Place of Work : NHDC R&R Office, Khandwa or any of its Projects / Offices
Medical Fitness : Appointment on Fixed Tenure will be subject to candidate being found medically fit by the Company’s Medical officer or Government Medical officer.
Selection : Selection shall be made through Personal Interview.
