  1. his s to your kind notice, that i’m a customer of indian bank, @ beur (branch 1941) branch for the past 5 years. I had an emergency situation so i went to withdrew money from other bank which was nearer to me (State bank of india)on 01.07.2021 . i tried to withdrew the amount of rupees 20000. 1st time i have received rs.10000/- but 2nd time it was declined again i tried it showed me the same message, even it didn’t provide any receipts for declination. Later, i received a message from indian bank that another cash of rupees 10000 debited from my account. immediately received another message it showed your amount recredited into your account, so i went and checked in indian bank atm but it was not credited.
    I directly met the bank person and gave written complaint about the same, he told me to wait for 2 days . you are requested to resolve my issues at the earlist.
