1. Store & Logistics Manager

Qualification : Undergraduate : B.E. Mechanical Engineering with composites knowledge

Job Description:
1. Dealing with Customs/ Central Excise/ DGFT for Export & Import Activities
2. Co-ordinating with Customer/Factory & Logistics Company for Shipments.
3. Knowledge in Central Excise/ FTP & SEZ Policy.
4. Plan or implement material flow management systems to meet production requirements.
5. Implement specific customer requirements, such as internal reporting or customized transportation metrics.
6. Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports, or customer issues.
7. Monitor product import or export processes to ensure compliance with regulatory or legal requirements.
8. Develop risk management programs to ensure continuity of supply in emergency scenarios.
9. Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems or processes, such as customer sales, order management, accounting and shipping.
10. Prepare GRN, Work completion, getting approval from concerns and submit to accounts
11. Maintain MSL (Minimum stock level).
12. Taking physical stock on monthly basis.
13. Check the Purchase Order and see the delivery date of goods and be prepared for unlaoding and stacking and also keep a track of the delivery dates.
14. Daily reporting and lesioning with other departments for smooth functioning on the store.

2. Production Deputy Manager

Qualification : Undergraduate : B.E. Mechanical Engineering with composites knowledge
Experience : Proven experience of 10 to 15 years in composites domain is preferable

Job Description:
1. Forecasting the requirements of the production in order to achieve the production target.
2. Minimizing ‘throughput time’ and ‘work in process inventory’. This can be achieved by systematic production planning and also by very efficient execution of the plans.
3. Reducing material handling cost, which generally is achieved by the use of efficient material handling system
4. Reducing the quality cost with the help of analysis of non-conformances on periodic basis and also by following suitable actions (both corrective and preventive).
5. Improving the productivity level of the workers on continuous basis by workmen’s training and by bringing into use the standards of the performance derived from work measurement studies etc.
6. To device accurate methodology involving method study of manufacturing, along with the other engineering
7. Effectively implementing ISO QMS, EMS ,OHSAS & Zed in their process.
8. Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by implementing, maintaining and aligning company policies that adhere to local, state environmental.

3. Design Deputy Manager

Qualification : Undergraduate : B.E. Mechanical Engineering with composites knowledge
Experience : Proven experience of 12 to 18 years in composites domain is preferable

Job Description:
1. Develop and review design prototypes, perform test and finalize product design to facilitate mass production.
2. Perform market researches to understand market requirements and initiate innovative product development.
3. Analyze new components, materials and technologies to evaluate functionality for all new product development.
4. Coordinate with multidisciplinary product launch teams to facilitate product launch as per research findings and in appropriate market.
5. Design new concepts for development of new products and maintain technical compatibility to develop concepts into real products.
6. Analyze product cost and prepare schedule plans for effective implementation of projects.
7. Provide backup services by advising and develop innovative ideas, concepts and methods for same.
8. Analyze and perform quantitative assessment of design prototypes in line with regulatory and industry norms to tackle all regulatory and marketing issues.
9. Prepare and approve product design and test plans, review design and recommend adequate changes to the approved models before actual role out of new products.
10. Approve prototypes of new designs, conduct performance analysis of prototypes and ensure assemblage of products follow company’s quality parameters.
11. Comply with Design control and Stage gate processes while designing prototypes and products.
12. Design innovative production techniques and provide support to existing ones for new design roll out.
13. Document records for all project proposal and associated activities.
14. Effectively implementing ISO QMS, EMS, OHSAS & ZED in their process
