1. Front End Developer

Location: Gurgaon | Experience: 3+ years
Qualification: B. Tech

Roles & Responsibility:
** Developing new user-facing features using React Native.
** Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
** Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code.
** Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and mobile devices.
** Work with backend team to figure out REST API design and integration.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:
** Experienced JavaScript developer.
** Proficient with React Native mobile application development.
** Understand importance of immutable data structures and one-way data flow and tools and libraries to facilitate it.
** Capable of developing robust and easy to maintain software.
** Understand basics of different layers and infrastructure of backend systems.
** Able to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirement.

2. Operations & Strategy Sr. Manager

Location: Gurgaon | Experience: 5 years
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA or MA preferred.

Roles & Responsibility:
Take ownership of the After sales experience and strategy in India:
** Work with leadership, operations teams and other business teams to continuously identify the top challenges and opportunities to scale up and offer after sales services including setting up charging infrastructure and support to Customers
** To deliver a profitable after sales service by exploring and exploiting all possible revenue streams in the market.

Coordinate business solutions to solve important challenges:
** Investigate and research insights and opportunities to present to product design and manufacturing teams, working with Regional Ops, Analytics & Insights, etc. where necessary Coordinate product solutions to solve important challenges
** Drive improvement in product quality through the interface between Consumers /Marketing / Manufacturing and Suppliers and take corrective measures to ensure consistent delivery of product quality and customer satisfaction.

Build Partner Network and regional teams:
** To build and lead a high-performance team in delivery of the short term and long term strategic and financial objectives.
** To plan, develop and engage scalable Part and Service Partner Network and Charging Network. Lead Service sales and marketing handle key supplier relationships.

Champion Customer experience:
** End to end project management, execution and delivery by building the required capabilities and infrastructure.
** Manage all Service KPIs to achieve maximum efficiency and creating memorable customer experience.

The Successful Applicant:
**** Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA or MA preferred.
** 5 Years applicable program management experience.
** 3 years cross-enterprise, cross-functional, multi-workstream program management experience.
** Ability to take initiative in a constantly changing work environment
** Data-driven decision-making mentality and sound business judgment through strong analytical thinking
** Strong problem-solving skills and solid understanding of a variety of business models
** Experience in creating/optimizing processes and partnership management
** Excellent prioritization skills and ability to juggle many responsibilities at once, adept at weighing the importance of quick wins vs. long-term progress
** Ability to run large-scale projects with multiple city and central stakeholders

3. Proposal Manager

Location: Gurgaon | Experience: 5+ years
Qualification: Graduate

Roles & Responsibility:
The Proposal Manager shall be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
** Work with Business Development Managers to prepare proposal that meet the requirements and timeline.
** Analyse client requests (RFP, RFQ, RFI, etc.) to understand technical, financial, schedule and other requirements and determine final document structure.
** Track the amendments and submit the revised proposal as per client requests.
** Work on the financial model for proposal.
** Support the end-to-end proposal/RFP/presentation response process to ensure all expectations, actions, and timelines are understood and delivered.
** Liaise with other departments and subject-matter experts to obtain technical content required to prepare proposals in accordance with the proposal timeline.
** Communicate proposal-related requirements and status with management.
** Management of Sales Dashboard regularly.
** Manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines under pressure.
** Continuously improve the proposal and marketing process through best practices and improve response time continuously.
** Coordinate and review / edit proposal input from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from sales, marketing, product teams, finance, commercial, legal and delivery.
** Ability to coach sales teams and subject matter experts in persuasive writing and proposal best practice.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:
** Post graduation with a degree in Finance/ MBA from a reputed institute.
** Excellent attention to detail.
** Advanced MS Word skills & proficient in MS Office.
