1. Deputy General Manager – Human Resources
Location : Chennai
Years of Experience : 10 – 15 years
** Responsible for interacting with all levels of management to understand & translate business requirements into overall people strategy, in addition to managing all facets of Human Resources with regard to talent acquisition.
** Partner with senior stakeholders and hiring managers to determine and anticipate staffing needs and changes.
** Identify and develop alternate channels of sourcing to fulfil manpower demands.
** To manage cost effective quality hiring across all departments.
** Supervising complete recruitment life cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements.
** Optimising the employee salaries on par with other region cum industry base.
** Managing pay sheets, appointments and recruitment structure.

** Networking with effective sources/institutional heads (B-Schools) for manpower acquisition.

** Handling entire performance appraisal process across levels and establishing framework for substantiating performance appraisal system linked to reward management.
** Introducing new and innovative ways of appraisal there by offering 360-degree view to the organisation.
Training & Development:
** Identifying training needs across levels through mapping of skills required for particular positions.
** Curating and implementing training and development programs based on both the organization’s and the individual’s needs as well as developing effective induction programs.
Compensation and Benefits:
** Preparing and submitting the Annual Personnel Budget for all personnel costs and Headcount to the management.
** Developing HR-MIS to monitor and share any variance between the budgeted and actual salaries/headcount.
** Working as an In-charge of payroll administration and to make all necessary co-ordination to ensure a smooth and efficient operation (variable compensation, overtime & special payments).
** Compiling all data needed for the annual salary review, and the annual performance appraisal analysis.
** Working in adherence to all the statutory acts related to the Shops and Establishments Act.
** Ensuring and coordinating adherence to the POSH and POCSO policies of the company.
** Coordinating with legal experts and attending court, disciplinary and legal matters if required.
** MSW/MBA HR specialization with 10 – 15 years of experience in HR of which at least 4 years in a senior or middle management position. Should have handled manpower of 400+ employees.
** Good insight and experience in HR practices (Engagement, Talent Management, Appraisal systems, R&R etc.)
** Good exposure to working with Senior Management
** Exposure in implementing HRMS
** Hands on person who has the ability to architect the HR Infrastructure and drive change initiatives.
** Defining and implementing processes to establish the HR blueprint for the organization. Includes human resources management, organizational development/ change management, compensation, senior level staffing, learning and development.
** Strong competence in data driven decision making to support business heads and management.
** Excellent communication and presentation skills.
** High level of interpersonal skills and integrity, solid Team Player.
** Ability to influence senior management and provide thought leadership.
2. Territory Sales Manager / Area Sales Manager
Location : Nashik/Nagpur/Delhi/Chennai/Surat/Pune/Mumbai/Amritsar/Indore
Years of Experience : 4 – 6 years
** Map the institutions in the assigned territory, create a promotional plan, strategise and execute by thinking differently to achieve the set MBOs.
** Identify prospects and promote a concept which is critical to the academic performance of students.
** Make power packed presentations to parents, teachers, educators and decision makers in schools and colleges to influence them to adopt path-breaking practices.
** Support the delivery and effectiveness of the Karadi Path programme in the geography assigned and ensure positive feedback by co-ordinating with Trainers.
** Has an eye on market trends and executes marketing activities with the support of Sr. ASM or ASM/RSM/HO.
** Liaise with other departments in HO and ensure all administrative procedures are met on time.
** Files her/his Daily Field Report by the same evening. Ensure all the other reports such as attendance, local travel allowance and travel expense statements are submitted on time.
** Should be a graduate with or without a MBA in sales and marketing.
** Dynamic, self-motivated person and a quick learner with the ability to plan, strategise, execute and think differently with a social bent of mind.
** Has good proficiency of spoken and written English with ability to think out-of-the-box.
** Posses the ability to make power packed presentations to heads of institutions and teachers.
** Market knowledge is a requisite.
** Working knowledge of Ms- Office is a must.
Due to the nature of work, the applicant must be willing to travel extensively in the assigned territory.
