Job Brief:
We are looking for a Senior HR Executive to join and lead our Human Resources department. Senior HR Executive’s responsibilities include overseeing the recruitment process, designing company policies and setting objectives for the HR team.

Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Commerce or any other stream with 5 years’ experience in the field of Human Resources in any reputed company having more than 200 employees.

Responsibilities:
** Set objectives for the HR team and track progress
** Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment
** Develop compensation and benefits plans
** Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process
** Discuss employees’ career development paths with managers
** Organize learning and development programs
** Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations

Skills and Qualifications:
** Hands on experience with Human Resources Management Software (including payroll systems and ATS)
** Solid understanding of labor legislation

2. Production Planning Engineer
Qualification:
BE Mechanical with 5 years’ experience in any discipline of a high precision mechanical engineering production company.

Job Responsibilities & Duties:
** Work with management in coordinating and planning production activities to improve runtime.
** Plan production tasks and schedules according to customer orders.
** Develop and review production plan with management for approval.
** Monitor the execution of production plan and resolve any potential issues in a timely fashion.
** Escalate complex issues to management for resolution.
** Investigate production problem, analyze root causes and provide solutions.
** Communicate production status to management and customers on regular basis.
** Analyze back orders, current orders and upcoming orders to prioritize, plan, and schedule the production operations. Plan inventory management processes to avoid shortages and excesses.
** Monitor production progress and ensure that final product meets quality standards and customer specifications. Adhere to company standards and production policies to meet company objectives.
** Analyze delays and interruptions and accordingly adjust production schedule to meet deadlines.
** Maintain reports for production planning activities and sequences.
