1. Products and Distribution – Business Development Executive
You are an energetic person, who is able to effectively present and communicate your ideas and solutions to our customers.

Locations: Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Chennai

Job Description:
** You will generate new revenue by selling Integra’s products and services, and managing the partner network to enable sales through partners.
** You will be responsible for both identifying and selling to new clients, while growing business with your existing clients.
** You will be responsible for identifying potential partners and bringing them on board.
** You will possibly create product collateral/ presentations
** Experience in B2B and B2C selling of Software’s (Internal and cloud based)
** Including Software sales

Duties:
** Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets through direct and indirect (partner) sales
** Create and maintain account and territory plans
** Learn the product and be able to demonstrate to clients
** Work with technical teams to define customer requirements and deliver PoC
** Work with business development team to define and execute sales and marketing campaigns
** Add new partners to the partner network, while train and nurture existing ones.
** Accurately forecast revenue
** Participate in partner events/ or marketing events

Requirements:
** A go-getter.
** 0-4 years of IT sales experience.
** Experience in selling to C-level executives.
** Ability to articulate products and solutions, and their value to customers and partners.
** Must have excellent communication and presentation skills.
** Proficiency in English and another local language.
** Ability to communicate across diverse teams.
** Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
** A minimum Bachelor’s degree. MBA from reputed institute is preferred.

2. Products and Distribution – Region manager, South (2 nos.)
You are an energetic person, achievement oriented, driven by logic.

Locations: South (Entire Region), West (Entire Region)

Job Description:
** You will manage and motivate sales teams across geographies in the South – Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala
** You will manage a portfolio of products
** You will manage product OEMs
** You will manage the partner network in your geography
** Experience in Software Sales

Duties:
** Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
** Work with OEMs and System Integrators to achieve your business goals
** Engage with end customers to acquire large deals
** Drive sales teams to achieve their respective product sales targets
** Work with business development team to define and execute sales and marketing campaigns
** Create product collateral/ presentations/ business proposals
** Add new partners to the existing partner network, while nurture existing partners to enable indirect sales
** Participate in partner/ marketing events

Requirements:
** A go-getter.
** 5-10 years of IT sales experience
** Documented experience in winning large deals
** Experience in selling to C-level executives
** Ability to articulate products and solutions, and their value to customers and partners
** Must have excellent communication and presentation skills
** Proficiency in English and another local language
** Ability to communicate across diverse teams
** Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
** A minimum Bachelor’s degree. MBA from reputed institute is preferred.
