Current Vacancies
1. RF Engineer
** Design, plan, establish, and optimize wireless networks.
** Develop wireless network infrastructures and make recommendations on systems enhancements for optimization.
** Lead and supervise teams.
** Provide technical assessment of requirements and definition from conception to launch.
** Train and mentor other engineers.
** Design and validate RF link performance, quality and reliability.
** Use measuring and diagnostic tools to test and adjust equipment.
** Optimize existing network by adjusting radio network parameters, adding/deleting of neighbors and recommending possible solutions to hardware problems.
** Monitor and analyze statistical and drive test data to improve system performance indicators such as dropped calls, blocked calls, origination failures, handoff features.
** Apply propagation theory, cellular theory, RF ENGINEERing tools and antenna theory to choose tower antenna placement.
** Responsible for capacity planning, GSM frequency planning and frequency hopping by applying carrier/interference (C/I) ratio analysis.
** Recommend site upgrade such as down tilting of antenna and re-orientation of radio additions
2. Network Specialist – Wifi, Wireless
** Performs Advanced Level Troubleshooting, Analysis and Diagnosis of Complex Networking Problems & Design Issues
** Firmware & Software Bug Scrub, Testing & Validation in Lab.
** Simulate the Customer environment within Operate Lab to resolve complex problems and compatibility issues.
** Assist L1 (Level 1 Engineers) in Recreating Customer Issues in the Operate Lab.
** Provides Remote deployment support (Assistance to the Field Engineer whenever required).
** Collaborates proactively with Clients SP Wi-Fi Team to ensure optimal use of resources to meet customer needs.
** Provide Engineering Recommendations & Capacity Planning along with Level-3 Engineers.
** Provides preemptive network design optimization recommendations based on periodic network and service performance, capacity, and security analysis.
** Manage Level-1/2 Engineers Technical Escalation & Manage Customer Expectation.
** Provide Training & Mentoring to the New Hire L1/L2 Engineers.
** Lead Change & Release Management Activities, Active Participation in CAB Review Meetings.
** Drive continuous improvement and process change suggestion to management.
** Provide second line phone/email/fax consultation to independently debug complex mobility network problems
** Provide systems/product training to peers within the WWSP Operate Practice team.
** Act as a focal point for large account network problem resolution.
** Act as a technical expert with ownership and accountability expectations in managing cases and customer situations.
** Provide support on a world-wide basis to all WWSP customers.
3. Sales & Marketing Consultant
** Candidates with experience in network products marketing should apply.
** Organising sales visits
** Demonstrating/presenting products
** Knowledge of networking, corporate relations and recoveries
** Analysing and investigating price, demand and competition
** Coming up with innovative marketing ideas, strategies and their execution
** Handle promotional activities
** Writing reports
4. Marketing Assistant
** Understand the technology and product in order to pitch the product.
** Contact organizations and brief them on our products and technology.
** Work closely with the sales/marketing teams and carry out strategic marketing plans.
** Will be responsible for the initial penetration into accounts, develop contacts of various departments within the organization
